This ride gives me a ride all the way to Abilene. We
stop overnight in Monroe, Louisiana. Onward the next
day to Abilene, Texas. The owner of the car is stopping
here because he has run out of gas on his way to
California. After night in Salvation Army-onward.
15. Big Deal in Big Springs:

Hitchike to Big Springs and stay in Salvation Army Lodge.
Delivery system to Mr. Joe Webb at VA Hospital. Stopped
in Midland and delivered copies of my program to Major
Bush of Salvation Army. Met Bill Shipman of Office of
Emergency Service and others and program for emergency
Management, generally well recieved.
17. Meet a Bigot for Easter:
Easter, 1995
Hitchiked into Pecos, Texas and stayed with Christian Home.
The manager states he knows everything and everyone, although
I can't guess why he would tell me this. He states I have to
leave on Easter day and hitchike out of town because
we don't give extensions for any reason.
18. RIDE WITH CRIMINAL:
To El Paso:
My ride is a young man and his very young girl who stop on a
Saturday and give me a much needed ride into El Paso. After
stopping and not paying for gasoline and driving off, I notice
there is a screw driver in the steering wheel to turn
on the truck. I call local authorities and US Border
Patrol after bidding them good bye suggesting the man
has a romantic relationship with the young woman who
appears underage and states he will drive by their
Las Cruces checkpoing shortly.
19. MIRACLE RIDE TO ARIZONA
Juan Rameriz of San Jose
Miracle Ride?
Juan is a retired steel worker who is on his way home to
San Jose. CA. Juan is a little short of cash and I
provide him with information about where to stay in Tucson
at the Salvation Army Lodge. Juan tried to get money for gas at
Traveler's Aid however all he gets is the run around. It
seems his relatives back in San Jose will vouch for his gas
however the Traveler's Aid does not wish to offer him assistance.
We go on to Casa Grande where I sell my book and donate $10.00
for gas and he gets gas voucher from St. Vincents. We stop in
Phoneix where I get out and visit National Guard and State
Office of Emergency Management and donate one of my systems
to that office.

Viva Las Vegas:
After saying hello to Vic Hudekno and company in Arizona
DES I go to Surpise and stay at small shelter known as
Oasis. A nice night sleep and hitchike into Las Vegas
without mishap. Highway 93 always has heavy traffick
going into Las Vegas.
Deliver copies of Chaps to City, County, and Office of
Emergency Services. After brief rest at shelters, I go
to south end of city of hitchike out to Barstow, CA.
Staying in Desert Inn and resting up. Deliver copy
of my program to California Highway Patrol Office who
express some interest. Dispatcher Alex explains about
networking activity which occured in past which resulted
in folks who have been dead for 20 years being listed on
their official list. Hitchike on towards Modesto.

James Ortega of San Francisco gives me ride from Mojave all
the way to Modesto. James is very interested in having me
go on to San Francisco with him and seems a little overly
friendly. I kindly decline to visit the land of nuts and berries
and stop in Modesto.

The entire American Red Cross DAT team is quite upset and one
of the senior members, Bob gives me a ride to Stockton and

23. VISITING A LUNATIC, & WASHINGTON STATE:
May, 1994
Miracle Motel
I traveled on into Oregon and as far north as Vancouver,
Washington doing promotional and work for selling my system.
Got bus ticket to Red Bluff, CA. The Salvation Army Lodge
indicated the local shelter had closed and put me in a hotel
overnight.
Over The Mountains
Got severly stuck for several days hitchiking at Redding,
CA. Had to walk up the mountain and finally got ride into
Dunsmuir. Spent the night camping in sleeping bag. Next
day got assistance from Catholic Church at Mount Shasta
to get food and bus fare into Weed. Caught ride in Weed,
CA. into Roseburg, Oregon
Stayed briefly at Roseburg Rescue Mission and got to deliver
system to Douglas County. Also delivered Courtsey Copies to
Springfield, OR. and into Portland to Chuck Cooper of Portland
State University. Local news article describes Chuck Coopers
work in Emergency Management. Stayed briefly at Share House in
Vancouver, WA.
Lunatic Runs Mission
Stayed briefly with shelter in Albany, Oregon. The lady
running the facility is crazy as a loon and likely to go
off at the slightest provocation, real or imagined. She
states she has been punched by clients, and had clients smear
human waste on the walls of her apartments. Her interaction
with clients is prone to produce violence. After several
days I get the boot at diner time from the lunatic.
Into Washington
Hitchike a ride into Washington State to Olympia the
state capitol. Begin about a week's work include delivery
to Governor Office, State Patrol, State Legislature,
Association of Counties..... The Associaton of Washington Counties
provides research materials for enclosure into book. The State
Veterans Office states they may wish to pay to have the
networking done. I also was asked to write later to them
however, recieve no reply. Local Church based Ministry
provides me bus fare out of Washington.

I worked for several months and recieve a letter of
commendation from the Governor, via the Office of
Emergency Services. The current manager Gloria Klink
states they wish to continue sponsoring my work even
though Steve is gone. After a week, or so I travel
on down to Merced and Fresno delivering my program. I
am told Gloria Klink is calling various parties including
the State of California and asking them not to use my
program. Gloria apparently asks Fresno American Red
Cross to get the Red Cross Shirt I am wearing. Gloria
explains I am terminated from Red Cross and cannot publish
my book without her permission. The American Red Cross an
agency established by Congress has no jurisdictional
authority to tell anyone one what they can or cannot
publish. This also appears to be obstruction of federally
manadated activity under Title 42 USCS 11301.
24. Hitchiked Ride into Bakersfield, Vegas,
Arizona...
Ride from Bakersfield to Barstow and after brief rest at
Desert Manna Inn go to Las Vegas. Stayed briefly in Las
Vegas delivering copies Of my program to various concerns.
Hitchiked ride from Las Vegas down US 93 through Kingman and
into Phoenix with no major problems. Stayed overnight in
Phoenix and began hitchike into Tucson, AZ.

Heat Stroke?
While walking the 10 miles or so into Casa Grande from
where my ride left me, I got heat sickness. By the time
I got to town, I was sitting in Burger King and throwing up.
Finally, I called ambulance and they took me to local hospital
emergency room. The accept payment from my Oregon OMAP
indigent health card.
Trip of Hospital
You have heat stroke. Apparently it didn't matter how much
water I drank, I had lost body salts and would be sick anyhow.
The ER room staff treats me and I stay overnight sleeping in
lobby. Dr. Lipsky states if he just turns me out I will get sick
again and be back shortly. Leave the next day and travel to Tucson by
thumb, no problem.

I arrive in Tucson and stay at local shelters. Begin a lot
of research and work on my computer system at local University.
The Salvation Army work, Dorothy is very generous about granting
extensions. I also begin working with Don Martin and his church
the Desert View Church of God who have taken an interest in
sponoring my work.
I am doing a lot of reformatting with the CHAPS and am ready to
vend the system. Work going on at local University computer lab
and with City of Tucson computer expert. Around end of August,
1994, Don and his wife state they are going to General Church of
God in San Antonio, Texas. Because I have relatives there I
ask if I can tag along. Don and his church also volunteer to
hold the mail for my publishing while I am gone, which is really
quite nice.

the Pastor recieved some threatening communications from someone
and my two letters from American Red Cross organzations in Alabama
and other items have disappeared.

Arrive in Kerville, Texas without problem and stay almost a
week in Salvation Army and visit with my brother Mark. Got
food stamps without problem in local HRS Office and case only
opened for 2 months.

Delivered copies of CHAPS in area. Local agency gave me bus
ticket to Austin, TX. Went south to San Marcos and stayed
about a week in local shelter. Delivered copies of CHAPS
in San Marcos and did research and repairs of system at
University. Got bus ticket from local church to go to
Temple,Texas. Went to Temple, Texas. Facility so poorly
run did not even stay night but went on to Waco. Church in
Waco provided bus ticket to Tyler, Texas.

Lonnie Steals From God
Larry Manager of Salvation Army Lodge is complaining that
homeless staying in shelter eat too much. He is carrying
food outside to give to Lonnie's Janitorial Service.
Larry states the former new homeless shelter has been
converted into executive offices for Salvation Army,
Disaster Center, and community center. The represenatation
of Salvation Army in seeking public funds for this facility was
that it was a homeless shelter.
We don't Help Those Seeking Work?
Larry states I can only stay 1 night because the Salvation
Army can't be bothered to assist those seeking work. I get
ride from Episcopal Church to Longview who state they have
recieved previous complaints from persons about problems with
local Salvation Army Lodge.

Longview, Texas:
Stayed a couple of nights at Salvation Army and visited local
Rescue Mission. The Highway 80 Rescue Mission gives persons
the impression they actually met Jesus Christ. Copies of my
program provided to Fire Department and Batallion Chief Perkins
and Computer Manager of Gregg County for EMA.

Sherveport,stayed overnight at Salvation Army Lodge. Stopped
and was given shelter with City of Ruston at Motel and meal.
Delivered copies of CHAPS to fire, police, and sheriff office.

offered to Fire Chief, Emergency Management Coordinator,
who gave copy to local social agency. officials declined

Stopped at Tuscaloosa, these folks say they know
everything and can't be bothered to use our software.

Updated CHAPS to Fire Chief at Bessmer. Mission employee is
professional jerk, as always. Birmingham: Updated CHAPS to
emergency management. Did some updates at University and
copies to School of Social Work, and Medical School. Salvation
Army currently run by staff and not gangs as far as can be observed.
Word Processor?
Montgomery: One night at Salvation Army. Local EMA coordinator
states she does not know how to operate computer and cannot use
a computer disc. EMA Director Carol Ray retires after problems
in Hurrican Opal in 1995 where folks stranded in Hurricane on
Highway appears on national television.
Miracle Ride In Georgia?
Miracle Hitchike to Macon: Wow one ride down Interstate
85 through Columbus and across to Macon, Georgia. My
mind is whirling as I move this far and listed to the fellah
who is going to Warner Robbins area.

management Col. Winger for Bibbs County and others. They suggest
inserts and corrections. These folks survivied storm which devastated
this area shortly before. United Way officials and local agency state
they had a hard time finding EMA officials in other parts of Georgia
during tropical storms.
Miracle Ride Assist Mission's Reputation?
Real hard time getting out but through the operation of a
series of miracles get ride to Tifton, GA. Stay over night
at Uncle Charlies. Despite what I've heard a fine place.

and is very nice. They allow me to stay about a week. They
are sort of a half way house and shelter and help me prepare
donations for local EMA. Very pleasant folks in a rainy and
chilly time. Clients recieve impression they actually met
Jesus Christ. Walked to next town. After police check for
possible warrants they provide me a bus ticket to Montgomery,
Alabama.

Cause of Action:
The local Salvation Army Lodge shelter manager states I cannot
stay at his facility when I was offered work with local security
guard company through Delbert Martin. The Salvation Army
manager is another Jehovahs Witness who is really shitty and
suggest I go to Mission for shelter. Mission lets me sleep on
sofa out of rain. Next day I am given shelter at Salvation Army.
Shelters Block Job Offer?
My software is given to County EMA and American Red Cross. I meet
by chance Delbert Martin former UGM employee from Roseburg, OR.
Delbert Martin offers to help me get a job with local guard
company. Both the mission and Salvation Army state they do
not assist folks to return to work. Oh well.
Hearse Ride To Gainesville Qualifies As Miracle?
It is time to leave Dothan and I try to hitchike to Florida.
After a hard day of lack of success a hearse stops and the
guy says come on. Ok., your not looking for any new customers
are you? We have a very enjoyable talk on the way to Gainesville
where his company is based. I get a police department clearance
with no problem. Local shelters full so time to stay in bush.
I was able to apply for and recieve food stamps about 10-16-1994
for part of October and all of November with no problem. I also
got extensive use of University of Florida computers to repair
my programs. 911 in Gainesville looked at my work and local
Florida Highway Patrol took copy.

Get in Salvation Army Lodge with help of Tom lodge manager. Meet
Reverend Frank Martin of Methodist Church who states during a
discussion he is in charge of local homeless coalition. Rev.
Martin states he would be much more impressed with me if I got a job.
I applied for work with Captain Welch of Salvation Army to
work as "bell ringer" and as, "store employee" which are in
great need. Hard to believe you are interested in putting
clients to work while refusing to hire them. Salvation
Army put CHAPS on their computer and took prints and
showed me their, "dispostion of forces" disaster book.
A copy of CHAPS was mailed to US Coast Guard in Miami.
Local police also took service. Discussions with local freenet
were unsuccessful. For an activity which began with a ride for
dead folks this was a fairly successful visit.

Finally got ride to Ocala. Salvation Army staff here are full
of baloney as usual althought the lodge itself is very nice.

at all night computer labs in UF. Lots of work done. The female
manager has represented herself to be named Charlotta, however
I believe the name belongs to another female employee.

Hitchike a ride out of Gainesville who sells concrete
steps. We go to Madison and asks my help with some concrete
steps. I am glad to assist. I get ride the rest of way into
Tallahassee.
USDC Write Large Report On Why
you can't report Federal Crime?
Mike Williams and Salvation Army are very hospitable and he
accepts a copy of my disc. Copies also provided free of charge
to Leon County EMA, FSU... I also get to briefly examine USDC
case and it appears the Court did not rule in my favor and has
written a doctoral article on why cannot report federal crimes.
37. Mr. T. WILL FINALLY FORGET:
Gulfport, Miss
Miracle ride all the way to Gulfport Miss. with a fellah going
to New Orleans area. I stop in and try to get a place to sleep
with Salvation Army. Mr. T is here and wants what is it $5.00
a night. Mr. T. tates he will never forget me as long as he
lives based on past experience. When you finally pass away you will
forget.
Copy of CHAPS provided to local police. Spend night in coffee
shop staying awake.

Hattiesburg, MS.
After some hard hitchiking I get to shelter at Salvation Army in
Hattiesburg. Local University might like to use my computer stuff
except professor is afraid to let me use computer long enought to
make him a copy. States he needs permission from somebody this
side of God and goes on to suggest he probally has access to too
much information already. Graduates of this unfortunate
institution will have a hard time finding work with this type of
attitude and courses like "cracker 101".

Mission Makes Jesus Look Good?
Another couple of good rides and on to Vicksburg and local rescue mission. This
facility has a home type atmosphere and some sort of seedy side you just can't
put your hand on, maybe a mistaken feeling. A couple of days here and away we
go. If a persons believes in Jesus this mission has good argument for cause.
40. ONWARD TO TEXAS, ARIZONA:
November, 1994
Longview Baptist Temple: A couple of fair rides and I am in Shreveport on a
Sunday night and down to my last few food stamps.

"Why are you in Shreveport?"
It is dark and seems like I have walked forever to get out of this city. Finally
a freeway and let me, stick my thumb out in the dark. You must be kidding a
family stops on their way to Longview Baptist Temple in Longview, Texas? Thanks
Lord.
Mission Makes Jesus Look Good?
Stay overnight in Whataburger drinking long cup of coffee. Next day over the
Salvation Army and then to rescue mission. During this stop I think we gave
copies of CHAPS to Texas DPS. and did some computer updates at La Toroneau(?)
University. What can I say? Highway 80 Rescue Mission is best example of
Jesus I ever met.
Time to go and get ride with persons who installs equipment at Barksdale AFB on
his way to DFW to pick up his son. He give me a ride all the way to Fort Worth.
Stay at Salvation Army.
Jesus Owns a Whip?
Salvation Army Needs New Leadership:Oh how the mighty have fallen. This place
has become a rathole. The lust for money has the parolees sleeping in mixed
company with transients. Local police state they will forward my donated CHAPS
to dispatcher who has moved. I walk out of Fort Worth to hitchike spot, which
is not as easy as it sounds.
Lady picks me up in Weatherford in driving rain and explains local police arrest
hitchikers who hitchike in town. She gives me a ride to end of town a couple of
dollars and I give her a copy of my computer disc which she says she will donate
to Sheriff.
Miracle Tire Blowout
It is raining very badly, I am tired from long walk out of Fort Worth and
standing by side of I-20 by rest stop with sun going down waiting for a ride.
Looks like it is going to be a hard night. Well along comes this fella in
a van and down the road we go to Abilene. He says he is a former minister who
paints houses now. On the way his van has a severe bang sound. When we get to
Abilene we discover a large section of tire unwrapped and busted in part of
his van. We were very blessed not to have had a blowout and major wreck. Thanks
Lord.
A day at Salvation Army resting and donated a copy of CHAPS to local police for
their dispatcher.

Hitchike Ride With Police?
A ride with investigator from some sort of drug agency provides ride all the way
to Sweetwater. A veteran gives me a ride from there to VA Hospital at Big
Springs. It is cold out here and very windy. I almost get blown over several
times. Donate copy of CHAPS to local police Sgt. Everett and 911, plus County
Judge Lockhart. Salvation Army very friendly no problems.

Thanksgiving Day:
A short ride to Midland and it is time to work on computer at public library.

Shelter With Bum Disease
Major Bush retired with leg problems and has been replaced. It didn't
take the resident staff of professional bums to figure out they should
make life miserable for the transients. We God you dirt; no more tv,
no more snacks....... Amazing how short a time it takes a bum with
keys to run things amock.
Day before Thanksgiving it looks like snow and I stop by Texas DPS
on way to Odessa to donate 911 to Lt. Christmas. The Lt. states he might
give my disc to local EMA officer.

On Thanksgiving Day
A short ride or 2 and a long walk into Odessa. Arrive in time to donate CHAPS to
local police, fire, and Sheriff Dispatcher. They said thanks guy. The Salvation
Army is very hospitable as usual and permits everyone to stay for free on
Thanksgiving Day, lots of turkey and food and who should show up but Eric Berry
from Modesto and his traveling companions. Wonder what dark cloud they dropped
out of?

Anyone want to give a fellah a ride? Well this male nurse who works at local
hospital in Odessa is going on vacation and mountain climbing. He gives me a ride
all the way to El Paso. Also buys me lunch and we pass a bad accident near
Monahans,Texas. He states he would not mind having a copy of the disc. He also
gives me $5.00 and drops me off in El Paso.
Hello El Paso. Welcome to the rescue mission which is pretty nice.
Provide copies of my computer disc to El Paso PD for Lt. Serna (?) deliver copy
to UT at El Paso Library. On way out of town find $5.00 bill, hello Honest
Abe.
Jesus Returns to Las Cruces
A man and his family stop and offer me a ride to Las Cruces. Arrive early in PM
and get to use computer at public library. Based on past experience going to the
mission is something to dread. Nice surprise the place has been cleaned up by
new Director Tom Martinez. He is very competent manager. I stay about a week.

A ride with a man who stops with his family leaves me in Demming. I did not ask
for money, however he peels out a wad of bills and gives me $20.00.
I donate a copy of CHAPS to local Sheriff office and am able to get into
Catholic Church Shelter. Really tired and it is nice to be out of the cold.
Close My Food Stamp Case I left?
A ride with a microwave repairman and his dog has me going into the
backareas and getting sort of a guided tour of the rocks, critters, and other
things. The shelter at Lordsburg has moved from Motel Drive to near the freeway
and is nice place. I find the library has a computer and deliver copies of my
work to them, the Sheriff, Senior Center, City Manager.... Write letter to Fla
HRS. I have moved out of state, close my food stamp case 12-1-94.
45. New Sponsor At Tucson::
Tucson, AZ:
It takes several rides to get to Tucson, Arizona. It is always nice
to see Tucson in the winter.
City of Tucson New Sponsor:
It was possible to get access to University of Arizona computer labs due to
assistance of John D'Andrea of City of Tucson, AZ. John is sort of my new
sponsor who has a lot of background in computers. John runs the local bulletin
board. John has strange request that I change entire publication, reformat, and
do a lot of extra work and he can put me on "internet". About year later after
I have program on internet I find out John's information is inaccurate.
FEMA STRUCTURES JOIN NETWORK:
I deliver copies of CHAPS to John, Fire Department, Police, EMA, and various
other concerns. John's referral letter of 12-7-1994 helps me to get extended at
Prima Vera Foundation. I also get medicine for tooth problem. Finally, it is
time to leave Tucson to continue the trip.

Casa Grande:
Jesus is an Embarassment?
Mission so poorly run others have to house homeless. A ride from a national guard
employee takes me to Pima Airpark and another ride leave me in Casa Grande. It
is late, the mission is worthless for shelter. I mosey over to the Hospital and
say hello to staff who remember me from my illness in June. They say, "why don't
you sleep on our sofa in the empty lobby?" The next day I get CHAPS to local
contact a Christian organization who puts me up in local motel. My
customer/contact is put out because neither the mission nor the St. Vincent De
Paul will assist me. Service is also given to local fire department.

Phoenix:
City of Phoenix Says Give Us CHAPS
Have enough to get bus fare into Phoenix. The bus driver insist on stopping in
the sticks and trying to get everyone to buy some fruit from a stand on the side
of the road. He must own part of the place or something.
Church on Street Making Jesus Look Good
We have little but give a lot: New homeless coordinator from City of Phoenix
buys a CHAPS for $20.00 which is no problem. I stay in "Church on Street" which
is fine as always. On way out of town stop in Surprise, Arizona and stay at
Oasis Shelter over night. The folks here are poor but give from the heart. City
Police check my ID on way out of town.
48. NEVADA/CALIFORNIA
December, 1994
A brief ride to Wickenburg gets me a meal at McDonalds after a warrant check.
The Sheriff gets a new CHAPS. I get a ride to Las Vegas.
The Salvation Army has lodge open indefinitely for winter. The day room is nice
as always. I try for food stamps but the agency requires a long wait to apply
and see worker to discourage folks seeking assistance.
St. Vincent De Paul Honors God?
Mr. Bob Springer is still here for over a year at least living the good life.
He has a permanent status at St. Vincent De Paul and states the facility has been
cleaned up.
Did some computer work on CHAPS at library and copies to Sheriff Moran, City
Agencies, and County Coordinator for Social Services and Emergency Management
Agency. City and County Homeless Coordinators are vending my computer disc and
assisting to produce it for other agencies city wide.
Jesus Said You Need Some Money
Hitchike a ride from Las Vegas to Barstow. The ride gives me a $20.00 which I
didn't ask for and says "God Bless You". Gee thanks I must look poor when folks
start giving me money.
Who is selling USDA Commodities?

Misuse of USDA commodities.

Cause of Action:
Staff states they ran off former Directory Fred Broadhead and has some unkind
words for him. Local church which runs soup kitchen states they have pictures
of staff selling USDA Commodities out the back door. The staff has two pallets
of USDA Commodities sitting in living room of shelter in apparent violation of
USDA standards which used to require commodities to be stores in locked room.
Interestingly enough in June, 1996 I met Fred Broadhead at Desert Manna
Ministries and he states he has never left his position which contradicts
previous statements of staff. Strange to say the least. This information
reported to various federal hotlines.

Food Stamp Fraud Strikes Out Again:

Principal: Employees of Fla Welfare Departments
Location: Barstow, CA
Cause of Action:
The food stamp office asks me if I got food stamps anywhere. I got food stamps
in Gaineville for October and November, 1994. I show the worker my letter asking
to have case closed and letter showing I am working in Tucon, AZ dated 12-7-94.
The worker calls Florida who states I picked up my stamps on 12-7-1994 in
Gainesville, Fla Sorry but on 12-7-1994 as you can see from this letter I was
in Tucson Arizona working with the city. Could you do me a favor and write all
this down?
Article for Impeachment?
I ask for US Senate Judiciary Committee to review problem of Florida refusal to
close my food stamp case based on refusal of 9th Circuit Court of Appeals refusal
or failure to enforce the law in cases already filed.
Computer disc donated to California Highway Patrol. Former dispatcher Alex has
moved on to Sacramento and been replaced by Tina.

Mission Shows Christmas Spirit in Deed?
A series of rides takes from Barstow in one day to Merced. Hello Merced Rescue
Mission. Yes I want to spend a quite day or two here before getting back to the
grind. You are too kind. XMAS party with Tom Miller and staff which gets me a
few presents. Very nice quite rest.

Hitchikes into Modesto and stopped by and said hello to Robert and Fred who let
me sleep on their sofa. Merry XMAS guys. Stop briefly in Stockton to see United

Salvation Army Makes Jesus Look Real Good?
Has a real nice Salvation Army and I stay here several days resting up. Must
check this place out again. Nice to see folks sharing the gospel by example in
stead of talk only. It has replaced the old rescue mission who they state went
out of business when director pocketed funds and refused to pay bills.
52. NOBODY HOME?
Sacramento:

Stop in Sacramento just before New Years and this place is seriously dead.
Everyone is on holiday. I finally get ahold of the contact at State
Department of Community Affairs mentioned in the Governor's letter of June,
1994. Wayne Walker lets me give him a copy of CHAPS and acts like many of the
folks in state government in California. Seen one prick, seen them all.
Check with some of my other contacts who are mostly gone on holiday.

Easy hitchike into Chico and stay a few days at Salvation Army and National Guard
Armory. Most everything is closed including; Chico State University. Warren
Smith and his wife Joyce have moved on to other ventures. Chris is now the
shelter manager.
