Shelter Program-Operation Deep Freeze
Operation Deep Freeze has up to 10 o 15 area churches pick up 10 homeless clients each and sleeps and feeds them each night. This type of network is has a higher level of service than guest generally receive in larger instituional facilities and generally clients would rather sleep in a setting with smaller numbers and less concern about their security and other problems.

The creation of a network of churchs can be set up in a short period of time and is cheaper than spending $5 to $10 million dollars to build a Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, or St. Vincent De Pauls with a larger staff and operating costs.
