Dear Wells Fargo Bank:

I am counsel of record for Christopher A. Walters SS 261-90-6357 who has a small checking and savings account #5272 and 3501 at your Lodi Branch. Exhibit A: The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all Social Security related matters is set by ORDER of the USDC in Las Cruces New Mexico relating to Chris Walters. I have had to file emergency briefs related to unfortunate problems at Wells Fargo Bank where your legal staff is not authorized or permitted to appear or jonder and have to submit my bill to Wells Fargo in addressing these matters:

1. Banker Christine Lavond indicated the origional VISA ATM card was mailed to the wrong address instead of Chris Walters mailing address and is as far as is known missing.

2. The Social Security Administration explained Wells Fargo moved Chris Walters SSI Direct Deposit from Bank of America in Las Cruces, NM to your branch on 10-12-2007 and your conversation with Chris Walters suggested there is no record of his being in the Bank on 10-11/12/2007 (Chris was in Oregon) and it is not possible to currently know if fraud; an honest mistake; or innocent error has occured.

3. It is unclear who moved $25.00 from Chris Walters checking to savings account which was not authorized by Chris Walters.

Itemized List of Legal Fees Debited to Wells Fargo Bank

1. To make an emergency move to Las Cruces to file the appropriate and timely legal briefs I require repayment $200.00 Greyhound Bus Ticket; $150.00 motel fees at Plaza Suites in Las Cruces; $100.00 for meals paid on the road. Under the circumstances I am not charging for the 24 hours I spent on the bus going to Las Cruces. Total Costs is $450.00

2. $50.00 A page to prepare and file a 6 page legal brief in 2 US District Courts or a total costs of $300.00.

3. $50.00 Service of Process fee for each party I have had to serve a copy of the document with including 2 US District Courts;
1 US Attorney; 1 Social Security Administration; 1 Bank of America; and 1 at your Las Cruces New Mexico Branch to be forwarded to your staff. Total Costs $300.00

4. $50.00 to cover several faxes and phone calls I had to make while acting as an "Officer of The Court".

Total Bill Submitted For Legal Fees & Costs $1,000.00
