Cause of Action: On June 1st, 1998 the Plaintiff Chris Walters was given a written referral to GastroInterologist by Brackenridge Hospital Physician Dr. Ralidis; a successful application ofr Travis Medical Assistance Program was made; an appointment with Gastroenterologist Dr. Fred Bieberdorf was secured for June 4th, 1998. The medical insurance was canceled on June 4th, 1998 by Kathy Harkins representing Travis County MAP which requires clients to be evaluated by East Austin Clinic for the purpose of delaying treatment to client sna increasing costs of program to taxpayer.

Relief Sought:This is another apparent Third Party Joinder which request a possible $5 Million Fine for Travis County pursuant to American With Disabilities Act and
