Since the United States District Court, WDT; 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals; and US Supreme Court closed this family of actions and question in 1999 we have over gigabyte of ongoing unauthorized discussion; tampering; and other challenges to the Rule of law. It is therefore recommended the 3rd party jonder be sanctioned for an Act of Sedition:

1. Agency license or nonprofit status be revolked for a calender year.

2. Arrest for prosecution any 3rd party involved in obstruction or contempt of any existing US Court ORDER under appropriate statutory authority
