It appears windows is capable to deliverying and downloading software without the owners permission and overloading the computer 2 gigabyte of RAM.Microsoft already has an extensive history of breakkins to web services and theft of competitors products when the company was owned by Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer as cited in this link

After shutting down all Windows updates and delivery functions that Microsoft continued to deliver software to my computer which led to it;s collapse 3-19-2015. The Dell Laptop 3137 model I use only has 2 Gigbytes of Ram and download of software and changes can create unstable platform.....

Having had the misfortune of finding in past incidents elsewhere that these activities are often facilitated from a Homeland Security �Fusion Center� and if you examine the enclosed generic sanction protocol can see various members of Congress have assisted several cabinet level officers and others to gainful employment outside of government.

1. Saturday, Janurary 29th, 2005 Librarian reports a foreign national of possible middle eastern decent had disassembled part of a campus phone and tried to connect it to a library computer possibly to make a long distance phone call.

2. The librarian reported this to campus security who reportedly chased the man and his 2 friends who were trying to break into cars on campus to a waiting vehicle.

3. The car was later reported stolen out of Houston. 3 computer reported hacked were removed for examination. The following events were noted during 2004-2005.

4. Although the Library Staff was observant enough to notice these folks they may have missed another group which appears to be of Chinese or Korean orgin.

5. These problems and others reported below were largely resolved by requiring persons using the Library to produce identification.

Most of the computer hacking here in San Antonio,Texas involves the resident liberal Democratic Party; or very ultra conservative Republican oriented groups seeking a blow job for their respective political positions.

While making several CR-Rom it was noted that the file manager indicated 3041 files and the Norton antivirus program found the disc has 3044 files or 3 files more than are supposed to exist. An extensive of Audit zip disc 1/6/2005 finds that file manager show each disc has 3136 files while North Anti Virus has 3035 files. A discrepency of 1 file. The computer lab manager at University of Incarnate Word explained that files could be hidden or system files such as thumbs.db.

I have been doing some minor research and word processing in your campus library and noted what seems to be downloaded software which is full of spy ads and spyware which was discussed briefly today with a Librarian.

Some of the browsers have downloaded games such as Poker from I believe something called Bonzo or Bonzi Buddy. Several of my computer instructors have explained that these programs are loaded with spyware and spyads which can actually absorb so much bandwidth as to bring and system to a crawl. My computer instructors have some type of software which prevents both installation of spyware and blocks pop up ads.

I appreciate the use of the library for research and thought your staff might find the information useful.

911 is a national reference book of the resources in emergency management, social services and government. 911 covers a 15 state area representing about 100 million persons. Lets briefly review why this publication exist and how it could be used locally:

1. Governments, organizations, and others attempting to offer assistance after a major disaster who are not from your state need to have an exact knowledge who to contact.

2. Potential resources also need to know where your community exist in relation to existing highway systems, a little basic geography and other facts.

3. If FEMA declares your community a, "federal disaster area" and gives you permission to seek assistance out of state it is important for your community to have an existing knowledge of where "out of state" resources exist.
4. Many of the computer files of the reference book could be used to form evacuation or eggress routes into or out of your community.

As a computerized reference book, 911 is divided into chapters which are represented by computer files. As of August 18th, 1995, 911 has 79 files which occupy 2,675,680 Computer Bytes and print at about 2,500 pages. The contents of each file is explained in a file index as to content and page location. Files are arranged geographically along major interstate highway systems with counties and cities located by mile marker to correspond to line of travel.

911 makes it easy to locate local government, emergency management contacts, social services, hospitals,geographic features, intersecting highways, and possible hazards. Also encoded into the files are correspondence from private concerns, government officials, national news articles, and other testimonials. 911 and other CHAPS directories also have 2 citations by Library of Congress.
