Emergency Room Visit Date: 12-16-1999: Patient Account: V002761468 Proof of blood clots inconclusive

3-2002 Dr. Wenger Emergency Room Physician of Rockingham Memorial Hospital had seen Chris Walters about inability to walk due to serious pain in lower left leg. Some suggestion of blood clots was made and no evidence of gout was found in blood test. Medication was "Ecutron" an asprin has apparently resolved the problem.

We have determined that your condition is not severe enough to keep you from working. We considered the medical and other information your age, education, training, and work experience inn determining how your condition affects your ability work to work:

You said you are disabled due to skin cancer, malignant melanoma, GI disorder, frequent vowel movements, blood clots in the legs and hepatitis. The medical shows that you have a history of these problems.

1. It shows that you have surgical excision of melanoma in the past. There is no evidence of recurrence (**failed to include reports on additional treatment).

2. It shows that you have been treated for intestinal problems with frequent bowel movements.

3. You do have a mild edema and varicosities in your lower extremities, but no ulcerations.

4. You should avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

5. You should also have access to restroom facilities.

Upon recent examination, your chest is clear. Your heart rate is regular. There is not evidence of masses or abdominal tenderness. Your weight is stable. The evidence does not show severe neurological deficits. You are able to walk and move about independently. Based on the objective medical finding your condition is not of the severity that would prevent you from doing all types of work. Great idea but no follow through on referral to main hospital-great waste of time and paperwork

Several years after Dr. Hinson prescribed Lassix or Water Pills it became apparent why I had severe fatigue; increasing colon problems; .... It would appear that Potassium is an important suppliment for persons such as myself with cardiac problems.

The Social Security finding above cites 3 doctors and not the 104 doctors I printed and provided to officals in Janurary, 2004. Social Security officals appeared in State Superior Court in Forsyth County, NC and explained they have a legal right to throw away or refuse to process medical records or violate citizens right in any manner their see fit.

7-28-04 Dr. Frank Van Middlesworth, PHD, MD prescribed an encoscopic exam; suggested I might have congesting heart failure; prescribed Lassix, and Keflex for infection. Tried to make referral to San Antonio,TX however Rescue Mission staff asked Doctor not to follow through with referral.

Mobile Clinic prescribes Keflex for infections; Lassix for Edema; and Potassium for Congestive Heart Failure

8-26-04 The Haven of Rest Rescue Mission has taken a lead in getting the medical work back on track by making a written referral to San Antonio and assisting in providing a bus ticket. South Texas has indigent health care programs which might be able to pay for the expensive medical work and long term shelters which may allow extensions as required. This is an example of Christianity in Action where someone has gone out of the way to show some Jesus.

During the subsequent discussion you questioned the treatment prescribed by my 110 other doctors outlined in a few of the medical reports I provided which can also be viewed on the internet database:

To object to a course of treatment for colon disorders by 30 other internal medicine or GI specialist; or 70 doctors treating chronic infections.... would require you to produce compelling medical evidence that all these medical authorities were in error.

On the brighter side you have a teriffic sense of humor and long and worth while career on persons much more deserving of your services than I am.

ANP Candace Chapin questions why I have been on Lassix and Potassium for several years without a blood test? So in August, 2005 ANP Candace Chapin arranged an extensive blood test and balanced the amount of Lassis 20mg and potassium 20meq I take each day. She also prescribed Lipitor for bad cholesterol.
