Exhibit C Submitted As Evidence And
Testimony To Congress-Exclusive Jurisdiction
You are looking at part of Exhibit C a United States source document submitted as Evidence and Testimony to the several committees of the United States Congress since 1986. The survey data is occassionally used for creation of federal statutes; considering possible improvements in operation of federal programs; and study of operational field impediments. Because of the Separation of Powers found in US Constitution and various Rules of Congress it not possible to serve summons, subponeas; or other court process on Capitol Hill and persons attempting to can be detained and arrested by Capitol Police or otherwise sanctioned. Obviously the only legal reviews which can occur would require permission of the Chairman of a Congressional Committee reviewing the matters at public hearings
Standing US Court ORDERS
And Black Letter Law
Beginning in 1997 the Social Security Administration issued an Executive ORDER or Fia before a USDC, WDT link restricting legal discussions to places and times authorized by statute and have successfully defended their statutory rights from a over 500 challenges A small host of poor bastards who appear to have challenged the Sovereign rights of the Social Security Administration or Congress appear to have been thrown down the political 5 ton wood chipper and the confirmed kill list appears to include at least 1 or 2 federal judges; maybe a couple of cabinet level officers; a bunch of US Attorneys and a many more lesser persons. Whispered in the background are the strange, sacred, and holy legal incantations muttered by federal officials including Title 18 USC 402 Contempt; Title 18 USC 1509 Obstruction Court Order; tampering with federal agency, Contempt of Congress...

RE: Check out hospital over physician advice
Problem with referral for follow up treatment

Dear President John G. Currin Jr:

I wanted to thank your excellent staff including Dr. Vipul Shah for admitting me to the hospital on 12-31-2009 for treatment of deep vein thrombosis and assure your staff that my checking out of the hospital was in no way due to a complaint about staff or services

From discussions with medical staff I learned that they were having a problem reaching and maintain the therapeutic value for Coumadin which was a problem for 3 other hospitals last year (Dr. reports no all patients work well on this med). The attending physician indicated they would not discharge me on Sunday, January 3rd, 2009 because they could not make a referral for follow up treatment because I lack transportation to and from doctors offices

Informed Decision Made After Consultation
With Attending Physician

I spoke to the attending physician (Dr. Peaches?) Sunday afternoon about the options and believe I can more easily move to greensboro and get follow up with a clinic last year who also reported they were unable to maintain the therapeutic value for the medication. As great fortune would have it the staff provided me with a publication on DVT a part of which is attached which suggest other medical options exist which might better resolve the problem

Thanks again for the efforts and excellent services offered by the staff of the Hospital

With Kindest Regards
Chris Walters, Former Patient

RE Decline to be Admitted to Hospital/ER
Treatment demonstrated to be unsuitable

Dear President CE Tim Rice

I visited the Urgent Care Center today requesting a refill on some medications I have been taking for some years and instead found your doctor insisting I agree to visit the ER and be admitted to the Hospital for an existing deep vein thrombosis. Your referral last year to the Southeastern Heart and Vascular Center and my recent experience at Alamance Regional medical Center have demonstrated the condition does not respond to Coumadin or maybe I should say medical authorities can't maintain the medicine at "therapeutic levels". I would also like to remind you that Coumadin is a highly toxic poison and fatal if not maintained at appropirate levels.

Admission to a hospital or agreement to accept medical treatment is based on the belief that the hospital or medical provider has a viable or believeable treatment-which is not the case at this point in time

Many Thanks Chris Walters

Exhibit #65 Dr Kevin Corrigan Ordered Not
Follow Medical Directive/Medical Malpractice
Your patient Chris Walters visited our emergency room 2-3-2010 and I ORDERED his admission into the hospital for treatment of a "Deep Vein Thrombosis". Unfortunately Mr. Walters was apparently unaware our hospital is part of the Wake Forest Baptist Hospital network where he had been denied referrals and hospitalization for about 10 years. My decision to admit Mr. Walters to the hospital for appropriate treatment was over ruled by the Hospital Administrator apparently based on computerized records we used to block his receiving treatment at our satellite facility in Winston Salem, NC. As your staff can see we made a referral to a primary care physician Dr. Stephen Hsieh MD after explaining to Mr. Walters he probably will not accept medicade as a form of payment.

Mr. Walters extensive online medical records showed Coumadin is not an effective treatment for his DVT so I prescribed Lovenox for 30 days:

Advanced Medical Directive-Medical Malpractice
1. Touted as one of the best hospitals in the United States it was no brainer that Chris visited 2-21-2010 and tried to get his medical work done.

2. To help Chris understand we want to pay taxes to support him forever out PA Thomas Veldhouse (TJ) explained he could not be bother to get Chris's medical history and records Chris brought.

3. The Resident DC Adianne Sever began discussing Chris's options for treatment; was interupted by a phone call and never bothered to complete the patient history; treatment plan.....

4. Our staff assured Chris that we understood his train back to Burlington, NC left at 5:30 PM and that if we needed to keep him longer our social worker would get him home.

5. We discharged Chris about 8:30 PM and our social worker explained we have no way to get him home; the doctor on duty explained Chris could sleep in bush outside over night

6. Finally Tammy Charge Nurse for the hospital made arrangements for Chris to sleep in hospital lobby.

While doctors sought to diagnose and treat my disabilities the shelters here in Oregon operate primarily what might be called Golden Parachute Programs catering to convicted felons, substance abusers, and other persons whose injuries are self inflicted.

DVT April,2010
Question Ineffective Medical Treatment
I was hospitalized at Providence Hospital in early April, 2010 for "chronic/acute" Deep Vein Thrombosis

1. The hospital administrative, nursing, kitchen, and even janitorial staff provide exceptional and outstanding services.

2. The Social Workers provide exemplary assistance in making a referral to follow up on housing and a doctor in Salem, Oregon.

3. Dr. Kusum B. Asudani, MD appears to reject patients medical history

4. Ignored statements of several hosptials and coumadin clinics that the patient does not work well with Coumadin.

5. Discharged the patient or dumped the patient in Salem Oregon before the "therapeutic level" of coumadin was reached

6. Discontinued lassix and potassium a 7 year established medical protocol supported by most of my other doctors to treat chronic edema in legs.

7. Declined to prescribe Diflucan for treatment of extensive fungus infection and substitued some sort of rub on powder which was ineffective.

8. Ashamed the Doctor didn't pay more attention to the patients medical history other treatment options might have proven more successful.

9. The hospital made a successful transfere to the Salvation Army shelter in Salem, Oregon for follow up treatment

10. Spoke to SSA representative who said she is in Seattle, WA and notified her of change of address around 4-14,2010
