Exhibit C Submitted As Evidence And
Testimony To Congress-Exclusive Jurisdiction
You are looking at part of Exhibit C a United States source document submitted as Evidence and Testimony to the several committees of the United States Congress since 1986. The survey data is occassionally used for creation of federal statutes; considering possible improvements in operation of federal programs; and study of operational field impediments. Because of the Separation of Powers found in US Constitution and various Rules of Congress it not possible to serve summons, subponeas; or other court process on Capitol Hill and persons attempting to can be detained and arrested by Capitol Police or otherwise sanctioned. Obviously the only legal reviews which can occur would require permission of the Chairman of a Congressional Committee reviewing the matters at public hearings
Standing US Court ORDERS
And Black Letter Law
Beginning in 1997 the Social Security Administration issued an Executive ORDER or Fia before a USDC, WDT link restricting legal discussions to places and times authorized by statute and have successfully defended their statutory rights from a over 500 challenges A small host of poor bastards who appear to have challenged the Sovereign rights of the Social Security Administration or Congress appear to have been thrown down the political 5 ton wood chipper and the confirmed kill list appears to include at least 1 or 2 federal judges; maybe a couple of cabinet level officers; a bunch of US Attorneys and a many more lesser persons. Whispered in the background are the strange, sacred, and holy legal incantations muttered by federal officials including Title 18 USC 402 Contempt; Title 18 USC 1509 Obstruction Court Order; tampering with federal agency, Contempt of Congress...

Jesus Killed The Leper-
New Bible Teaching-Salem, Oregon

On this page from April-July 2010 the State of Oregon and Medical providers made a substantial effort to address Chris Walters medical problems which costs taxpayers many tens of thousands of dollars. It also appears the US Department of Justice had to take over the State Mental Hospital amid allegations of serious abuse of clients. In the Bble we learn that Jesus is the kind and loving Savior who heals the disabled. In this community the New Bible teaching is that it is ok to use the church as a weapon to set aside medical treatment and inflict pain and misfortune on the person the church claims to exist to serve.

Question Ineffective Medical Treatment
I was hospitalized at Providence Hospital in early April, 2010 for "chronic/acute" Deep Vein Thrombosis

1. The hospital administrative, nursing, kitchen, and even janitorial staff provide exceptional and outstanding services.

2. The Social Workers provide exemplary assistance in making a referral to follow up on housing and a doctor in Salem, Oregon.

3. Dr. Kusum B. Asudani, MD appears to reject patients medical history

4. Ignored statements of several hosptials and coumadin clinics that the patient does not work well with Coumadin.

5. Discharged the patient or dumped the patient in Salem Oregon before the "therapeutic level" of coumadin was reached

6. Discontinued lassix and potassium a 7 year established medical protocol supported by most of my other doctors to treat chronic edema in legs.

7. Declined to prescribe Diflucan for treatment of extensive fungus infection and substitued some sort of rub on powder which was ineffective.

8. Ashamed the Doctor didn't pay more attention to the patients medical history other treatment options might have proven more successful.

9. The hospital made a successful transfere to the Salvation Army shelter in Salem, Oregon for follow up treatment

Impediment #2 Advanced Medical Directive
I have recently moved to Salem, Oregon and there seems to be some confusion on my choise of a primary care physician being assigned at West Salem Clinic. I am currently seeking a medical provider with a broader medical practice and to avoid confusion on appropriate medical treatment your medical staff might consider

"My God I have never seen the hospital give anyone 11 mg of Coumadin
a day" Providence Hospital Medford, Oregon on Treatment of DVT"

As I explained to the admitting doctor at the emergency room of Providence Hospita the several previous medical facilities such as Alamance County Medical Center had found it impossible or every difficult to reach or maintain a therapeutic level of coumadin. The doctor at Providence Hospital in Medford was raining the level to 12 mg after failing to achieve a therapeutic level. Alternate treatment for instance:

150 mg Levenox twice a day; 10 meq Potassium; 20 mg of Lassix; 100 mg of Doxycilcine to treate cellulitis in the leg due to chronic infctions which resembles DVT was quite successful.

Dear Tom Johnson Guest Services Case Manager:

Thanks for seeing me last week and your staff excellent assistance to avoid having me try to walk upstairs. If the Rescue Mission has no objections I would propose to engage in the following activities:

1. The Dont Die Program: have Oregon Health Plan get me hooked up with Primary Care Physician to address blood clots in legs and I have an appointment with GI doctor for May 27th, 2010

2. Vocational Rehabilitation Program: is an emergency management network being developed for Washington State which is online:

Depending on doctors opinion as to my future existence and if they can address my health issues we could develop a housing option towards the end of the month.

Dear Dr. Ruth Thomas:

I wanted to thank your staff for setting me up for intake so you can be my Primary Care Physician and to assist your efforts my medical records at digitized online:

As your staff can see my many previous doctors were unable to complete basic medical work until the Social Security Administration and Federal Judge got around to providing medical insurance. Primary health concerns:

Re: Recent move new client:

Dear Office Manager:

As you can see from the attached paper work I was recently moved into Salem by the Providence Medical Center of Medford, Oregon to the Salvation Army Lodge 1901 NE Front Street, Salem, Oregon for follow up treatment of a serious medical condition known as deep vein thrombosis.

As misfortune would have it and the attached paper work suggest a lowly kitchen cook at the Salvation Army blocked my medical work and I have had to move down town at the address as the Rescue Mission. Despite the set back I was able to have my Oregon Health Plan CO56709A updated to Marion/Polk; a change of address made to your DHS south side office; and Dr. Ruth Thomas of Liberty Clinic 2480 Liberty Street, NE Suite 180 Salem, Oregon 97301 has agreed to be my primary care physician and see me on May 27th, 2010 at 8AM.

My Social Security Claim; federal court records and medical history are online for easy access:

Many Thanks for your patience.

RE: Case Management Materials & question on placement group/foster home:
Oregon Health Plan #C056709A

Dear Case Manager Raphael:

I have recently been moved by Providence Hospital in Medford, Oregon to the Salvation Army Transitional Program in Salem, Oregon. I got run off after the cook in their kitchen explained the Salvation Army is not running a nursing home; does not accommodate disabled persons; and was discontinuing the medical work the case manager at the Salvation Army agreed to; and am currently living at the Union Gospel Mission.

A doctor at Providence Hospital suggested I might be best suited to a foster/group home. As you can see from the case management materials online and on Cd-Rom my medical history includes; chronic deep vein thrombosis requiring me stay off feet; loss of bowel control; with chronic communicable infections where at least 70 other person required hospital treatment after casual exposure:

RE: Update Your Case Management Request Medical Records
Temporary Waiver of Privacy Rights:

Dear Liz Graham, VR Counselor:

Many thanks for your letter May 25th, 2010 and explanation that you could not locate my medical records on the CD-Rom. Since 5 other agencies/doctors are sharing the same information and case plan I will voluntarily provide a copy of this letter to them also. As you can see from the enclosure my medical records for 200 some odd doctors going back 2 years are also online:

http://afterdarkportal.net/ssi/access/index.html
As you can see from the enclosures I have chronic C. diff infections and MRSA or Staphylococcus aureus both of which are transmitted by direct hand contact. When I am in the hospital the hospital staff has to don full protective gear to enter my room. As you can see from the enclosure the highly communicable nature of the diseases the State of Florida has denied me permission to work or register to work. My Doctor Ruth Thomas of Liberty Street Clinic (503-363-8047) is currently administering several antibiotics to address and referrals to medical specialist to see if the problem is permanent or can be treated.

Pastor Tommy Johnson Recommendation for Foster/Group Home

The case manager at the Rescue Mission Tommy Johnson has recommended moving me to a foster/group home for longer term care than the Rescue Mission can provide.

Precaution Current In Place to Limit Exposure to 3rd Parties

As great fortune would have the Mission has a locker where I can store my medication and rubbing alcohol which appears to kill pathogens. The Mission also has me on a restricted work schedule which miminizes my direct physical contact with other clients….

As we approach my exist date of June 24th, 2010 I wanted to request an extension based on success we have had in the last 2 month:

1. Medical doctors have had me on an expensive medication Lovenox for 2 months and I don’t seem to be having problems with deep vein blood clots and hopefully another month of treatment will clear the problem out.

2. Medical doctors have given me several powerful antibiotics and for the first time in years I feel a lot better and we are waiting for lab report to infectious disease specialist to confirm problem is resolved.

3. Dr. Katherine Hoda is proposing to do an upper and lower GI exam to find out why I have chronic loss of bowel control and determine if it is repairable.

4. Dr. Thomas is planning to make referral to vascular surgeon to see if they can repair my legs to where I can walk or stand for a longer period of time.
What is Expected
It should be possible to see if my problem are chronic which means they will return or if the doctors have repaired my major problems. I can get a clear idea of what else needs repaired in July and see if there is any realistic chance I could return to work as a security guard or something.

Many Thanks Chris Walters Bed 127

Dear Worker Bernal Rafael:

My request for a housing extension through August, 1, 2010 to complete the medical work the various doctors are engaged in was denied by Case Manager Tommy Johnson. I was given a temporary extension through July 7th, 2010 to make other arrangements for housing. With an estimated $40,000 expenditures through OHP it appears we might have to repeat all of the work. To assist your staff and the doctors to understand what is occurring we might review:
Golden Parachute Programs for Convicted
Felons & Substance Abusers
The Union Gospel Mission operates over a hundred beds with a reported $3.5 million yearly budget and it might seem a little odd that the facility wouldn’t grant an additional extension to a disabled person. The program operated by the shelter are designed to grant long term extension to convicted felons and substance abusers and other persons who injuries are self inflicted and likely to repeat. We also have a network of group homes here in the Salem area who cater to convicted felons and substance abusers.

When I was hospitalized at Providence Hospital in Medford, Oregon in April, 2010 and was moved to the Salvation Army Lodge here in Salem with the assistance of the case manager Richard Mattos because Medford and other communities in southern Oregon do not have facilities to assist disabled persons or permit disabled persons to pay to stay. The Eugene Mission does permit unlimited stay for persons who pay $2.00 a day however does not permit SSI recipients to pay longer than 30 days.

As your staff probably recalls Mr. Mattos agreed to accept me into the Salvation Army 1 ½ year program and pay to stay $150 a month-while continue the medical work prescribed by the hospital. The kitchen cook subsequently explained my being on bed rest part of the day upstairs created a problem doing his work down stairs and requested I leave the property.
Recommendation for Completing Medical
Work In-House Salem Hospital
The doctors seem to be doing miracles in addressing my medical/disability issues and it seems ashamed to move somewhere else and after Oregon investing $40,000 have to start all over from scratch and repeat all that work again. If any of my medical doctors are still interested in completing the upper and lower GI exam; screening for infectious diseases; evaluation by vascular surgeon; evaluation by a sleep specialist or whatever else needs to be done that they might consider admitting me to the Salem Hospital on July 1, 2010 or thereabouts.

1. The convicted felony Timothy Robbinson states his attorney demanded he plea bargin and would receive a very minor sentence where upon the Trial Judge gave him the hammer and extended term. There is no process of law as required by Bounds v US to show a plea agreement was ever actually considered as cited:

The United States ruled in Bounds v. Smith (430 U.S. 817), the 1977 landmark Supreme Court decision that all defendants are entitled to adequate legal representation before the bar in criminal proceedings. Further, the Court ruled that access to the courts must be guaranteed to persons seeking to present claims dealing with conditions of confinement and civil rights violations(6) --generally referred to as "section 1983" (of the U.S. Code Title 42) actions. And for the the first time the Court explicitly stated that access to the courts must be guaranteed to totally and functionally illiterate inm ates and that the right of access is founded in the Due Process Clause (the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution). Through these Supreme Court decisions a new judicial philosophy gradually evolved away from the earlier "hands-off" position. Allegations of Genocide At Oregon State Hospital

New Director Gregg Roberts

Oregon State Hospital
Statesman Journal
The new leader of the much-criticized Oregon State Hospital told a legislative committee on Wednesday that he's confident about fixing flaws at the 127-year-old mental institution in Salem.

"I can assure all of you, all of the problems that exist at Oregon State Hospital are resolvable," Greg Roberts told the House Interim Committee on Human Services. His upbeat message prompted one legislator to express frustration about broken past promises to turn around the troubled hospital.

Rep. Ron Maurer, R-Grants Pass, said Oregonians are fed up with the hospital's woes, which have been documented by a series of critical reports and investigations. "It is, quite frankly, a disaster," he said. Drawing a comparison between Oregon's main mental hospital and the infamous insurance company AIG, Maurer said OSH "is not too big to fail."

At some point, he said, "If it doesn't work, we just close it down and do something new." After the committee meeting, Maurer told the Statesman Journal that he thinks legislative discussions about closing the hospital should occur if serious problems persist. "At some point, someone has to bring that up," he said. "Has anybody ever suggested it? We don't have to have an Oregon State Hospital."

Asked whether closure talks are warranted now, Maurer said: "No, I'm going to give Mr. Roberts the chance to make the changes." Roberts, 59, took the reins of the embattled hospital Monday. "Today is my third day. Everybody seems happy I came back yesterday and today," Roberts told the legislative committee, drawing laughs.

Roberts formerly was the director of the Office of State Hospital Management in New Jersey. Before taking the state hospital job here, he spent his entire 37-year professional career in New Jersey, including stints as chief executive officer at five state psychiatric hospitals. In his Wednesday remarks to the legislative panel, Roberts said he successfully dealt with many of the problems now plaguing OSH during his tenure in New Jersey. He said his initial efforts to turn around the crowded, underperforming hospital in Salem will focus on prioritizing problems that need fixing. He also wants to make sure the hospital sticks with its primary mission providing treatment that helps mentally ill patients recover and return to Oregon communities as soon as possible.

FBI Directors Admission To Violations
of Title 18 CRIMES
Dear Chairman of Congressional Committee:

I wanted to thank Director Robert Mueller of the Federal Bureau of Investigations for having 2 agents drop last September, 2009 in Las Cruces, NM to confess to several violations of Title 18 CRIMES. The Agents explained they had been intercepting Federal Court ORDERS in a family of actions known as Walters V Asture; pilfering counsel’s mail; and apparently seized Counsel’s Safe Deposit Box 259 at Bank of America:

http://ichoosetoserve.net/ssi/zzcontract/index14.htm

As the Committee staff is probably aware violation of counsel’s papers is a violation of Title 18 USC 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law as the case law cited in US v Haldeman, Erlichman, and Dean. Director Robert Mueller should be given high marks on his allocution and apparent willingness to do 5 years at hard labor in a federal penal facility for each violation of counsel’s papers and also:

Apparently misused law enforcement and intelligence assets to help create the Anti-Spyware Act:

http://ichoosetoserve.net/hssecurity/spywareact/index16.htm
Apparently created and maintained a fictious conviction without trial:
http://ichoosetoserve.net/hssecurity/sanctions/index.html
Apparently is so incapacitated in performance of his duties as being unable to completely challenge terrorist interest or organized criminal interest:

http://ichoosetoserve.net/hssecurity/index2.htm
http://ichoosetoserve.net/107thcongress/hud/index.html

The challenges of the FBI to the 5th and 6th Amendment of the US Constitution appear to have drawn into question the constitutionality of Title 28 Chapter 33 FBI and other acts of Congress. As a result of tampering it appears that a Motion For Summary Judgment was filed questioning the constitutionality of Title 42 Chapter 7 Social Security Act which can be reviewed online:

Catholic diocese in Montana seeks bankruptcy
protection in sex abuse claims

Keith Coffman

(Reuters) - A Roman Catholic diocese in Montana has filed for bankruptcy protection, months before facing its first trial of a civil lawsuit stemming from child sex abuse claims against its clergy, church officials and the plaintiffs’ lawyers said on Friday.

The Diocese of Great Falls-Billings filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in Montana federal court as part of a negotiated settlement of dozens of “credible” sex abuse cases that date from 1950s through the 1990s, lawyers for 72 victims and the diocese said in separate statements. At least 15 other U.S. Catholic districts and religious orders have been driven to seek Chapter 11 protection by a sex abuse scandal that erupted in 2002. Montana’s other Catholic diocese in Helena, the state capital, filed for bankruptcy in 2012 to settle cases stemming from similar accusations.

If granted by a judge, the Great Falls bankruptcy would allow the diocese and its insurer to contribute to a fund that would be set aside to compensate victims, the diocese said in a statement. The total sum paid to victims will be determined after both sides negotiate settlement terms. Timothy Kosnoff, a Seattle lawyer who has represented victims in both of the Montana diocesan cases, told Reuters that bankruptcy is the only realistic mechanism to settle the claims.

However, he said obstacles remained to reaching a resolution, including the insurance carrier’s resistance to pay fair compensation to the victims. “Let there be no illusions. Despite this sensible step forward, speedy resolution is unlikely and the future of the diocese remains clouded,” he said. A lawyer for 34 of the victims, Vito de la Cruz, said Friday’s bankruptcy will allow his clients to receive “a measure of justice” in a reasonable amount of time rather than the years it would take to try each case separately.

Great Falls Bishop Michael Warfel said he felt “profound sorrow” over the abuse and offered “sincere apologies” to the victims.

Jesuits to pay victims of abuse
Settlement one of the largest involving Catholic institutions
Kevin GramanThe Spokesman-Review
Newspaper Link

Alberta Sena, left, and Dorothea Skalicky listen as Leander James describes the settlement in the legal case against the Northwest Jesuits on Friday in Spokane. The Jesuit order that established Catholic missionary schools across the Northwest and Alaska has agreed to a $166 million payout to settle child sex-abuse allegations from 500 people against its clergy and other agents.

The proposal would be among the largest payouts so far in the crisis that has beset the Roman Catholic Church during the past decade. And it would require The Society of Jesus, Oregon Province, to offer written apologies and provide pertinent records of the approximately 140 priests, nuns, brothers and lay workers accused from the 1950s through the 1980s. The breadth of the abuse and the sheer number of victims is staggering, said attorney Michael Pfau, who represents 150 of those who alleged abuse. It's troubling that so much of the abuse happened to the poorest and most vulnerable children among us.

The Northwest Jesuits have a rich tradition in the region that includes founding Gonzaga University in Spokane and Seattle University. Most abuse victims were Alaska Natives or American Indians. In many cases Northwest Jesuit leaders moved priests accused of sexual abuse to Alaska Native villages and Indian reservations in Montana, Eastern Washington, Idaho and Oregon, attorneys and survivors said.

During a Friday press conference announcing the settlement proposal, Dorothea Skalicky recalled growing up on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation, where she was sexually abused by a priest she knew as Father Freddy. The Rev. Augustine Ferretti had been assigned to Sacred Heart Church in Lapwai, Idaho, in the 1970s after serving throughout the Northwest, including St. Michael's Scholasticate in Spokane in 1969. He died in 1982, two years after being assigned to Gonzaga University.

He has been accused of molesting at least 34 children, some of whom have filed lawsuits accusing him of abuse. I thought I was alone, Skalicky recalled, but discovered I was only one of hundreds of Native American victims. It"s tragic, Coeur dAlene attorney Leander James said. Clearly, they sent problem priests to reservations and remote villages, knowing these priests would have direct access to children.

The Northwest Jesuits attempted to settle many of the allegations, though when the scope of the scandal grew, the religious order filed for bankruptcy protection in February 2009. In 2008, the Jesuits agreed to pay $4.8 million to 16 people who said they were sexually abused as children by the Rev. John J. Morse and James Gates, a Jesuit brother, at the St. Marys Mission and School near Omak in the 1960s and 1970s. Morse, who denied the allegations, was removed from ministry in 2006.

In 2007, the Northwest Jesuits agreed to pay $50 million to dozens of Alaska Natives who were sexually abused by priests. Including the settlement announced Friday, payouts from the Northwest Jesuits will top $240 million to more than 700 people.

More than 100 are from Washington state, many who said they were abused at St. Mary's on the Colville Indian Reservation. Many other men and women said they were abused on the Kootenai-Salish and Blackfoot reservations in Montana, the Coeur dAlene and Nez Perce reservations in Idaho and the Umatilla reservation in Oregon.

The Jesuits and a steering committee of seven victims and their attorneys negotiated the settlement proposal, which must now be approved by all of those alleging abuse and the bankruptcy court judge. The victims will have to talk with a judge-appointed claims reviewer to demonstrate that they were abused. The reviewer will then decide on payment amounts, based on several criteria including the severity and frequency of the sexual abuse, Pfau said. Payments could be issued in the fall, he said.

The universities did not participate in the settlement and maintain they are separate organizations. Pfau said he represents victims who intend to pursue lawsuits against Seattle University once the bankruptcy case is resolved. Those cases revolve around the action of the late Rev. Michael Toulouse, who once taught at Gonzaga High School and lived on the Gonzaga University campus.

One night in 1950, a 14-year-old boy told his father that Toulouse had sexually assaulted him, according to a federal lawsuit filed in Seattle. The father took his gun to the campus to confront Toulouse but was stopped by the university president and another priest before shots were fired. Toulouse was soon moved to Seattle, where he ingratiated himself with strong Catholic families with boys, even though Jesuit higher-ups and university officials knew he was a pedophile, according to Pfau, who represents plaintiffs in cases against Seattle University.

Gonzaga faces legal exposure, too, including claims that a former Gonzaga president, the late Rev. John Leary, molested boys. Jesuit leaders acknowledged several years ago their predecessors engaged in an elaborate cover-up that shielded Leary from prosecution and humiliation. In April 1969, Spokane police delivered an ultimatum to Leary after learning of allegations he had sexually abused a boy: Leave town within 24 hours or face arrest. By the next morning Leary was gone and Jesuit leaders stitched together a false story designed to preserve the university's reputation and the legacy of a man revered as a community leader.

The settlement calls on the Northwest Jesuits to pay about 30 percent of the $166 million agreement. Insurers will pay the rest. Every priest and employee of the religious order will have to sign an annual statement that they have not abused a child and are not aware of any abuse that has not already been disclosed. That will go in personnel files so that if it is determined later that they have, they can be prosecuted for perjury,Seattle attorney Tim Kosnoff said. Howard Levine, a lawyer for the Jesuits, said the settlement is the centerpiece of its plan to emerge from bankruptcy, perhaps within three to four months. The Jesuit bankruptcy is separate from that of the Catholic Diocese of Spokane.

Missoula police chief steps back
to focus on DOJ response

The Missoulian

Missoula Police Chief Mark Muir has handed the reins of daily operations to Assistant Chief Mike Brady so Muir can focus on the city’s response to a U.S. Department of Justice investigation.

The federal investigation into gender bias in the police department led to an agreement between the DOJ and the city of Missoula, and the contract outlines changes police will make to improve their response to reports of rape and sexual violence.

The contract was signed in the middle of May, and since then police have seen “an enormous increase” in the number of sexual assault reports, Muir said. He said the department counts 27 reports in the past 10 weeks, although not all incidents are of recent occurrences, and one dates back to 2006, outside the statute of limitations.

“We’ll continue to see if it’s a pattern or a trend that continues. It’s a real unknown for us, but it’s very unexpected,” Muir said. The chief said he will never concede to allegations the department was violating people’s civil rights. However, he does want to implement changes set forth in the agreement and lay the groundwork for others before he retires in December. “By the end of September, we will have fulfilled the first year’s requirement for training, so that is a milestone by all means,” Muir said.

In a July 24 memo, Muir announced he was delegating the authority of daily operations to Brady. “Brady and I will meet and consult regularly and as necessary to assist in making the next few months productive and supportive of a change in leadership brought about by my retirement. “Making this change will ensure that I have sufficient time for engaging citizens and partners outside the department to meet the extensive community-based requirements of the DOJ agreement.

The department already is making strides in implementation, Muir said. On the ground, police officers are more sensitive to “how their efforts to investigate are perceived by victims,” he said. One related practice recommended in the federal agreement, for instance, is that police explain their reason for sensitive lines of questioning before launching into inquiries. Last week, the monitor hired to oversee the implementation process visited Missoula, and police laid out the action steps they will take to accomplish the terms of the agreement, Muir said. He said the meetings proved successful, especially because the monitor saw firsthand that police have “extensive working relationships” with community partners, especially those who work to prevent violence against women and children.

“He hadn’t been given anything more specific than the findings that were written by DOJ, so he was sort of led to believe that … law enforcement was on this little island, which is clearly not the case,” Muir said. Next week, a former prosecutor who conducts trainings around the world in the area of violence against women will hold classes in Missoula, Muir said. He said he met her at a leadership institute a couple of years ago. Muir requested she put on a training here, and 95 people from around the state will attend, including investigators from Missoula, he said. Other law enforcement officers will attend training sessions scheduled in September, completing the training requirements for the entire year.

As part of the federal agreement, the local department also is selecting a panel of professionals to review closed cases, Muir said. The panel will examine whether changes in policies and procedures make their way into the field. “We continue to disagree with the Department of Justice with respect to whether we were violating people’s rights, but we see that there are better ways that we could accomplish both our work and to improve the outcomes of the criminal justice process,” the chief said.

It seems that many Chairman of Congress believe in the concept of work ethic and if they find you on Capitol Hill or too close to something they are working on will actually have someone volunteered or simply drafted.
