Mr. Kunzler's staff whose email are cited below. My final legal report; briefing, and online review of the known facts suggest I have no way of proving I am actually in contact with Mr. Dain Kunzler. Given the ease through which a person can impersonate another person online or steal their email account I can't prove Mr. Kunzler is involved and for all I know he might for instance have died 10 years ago.

I'm sure your department already guessed that if an attorney is going to taken someone to law they always send a signed letter on their letterhead explaining who they are; who their client is; and what the interest is. Suppose someone had lost their job and wanted to get even with Mr. Kunzler and created this strange series of communiations just for the purpose of making him a a target?

The real Dain Kunzler knows I have been a practing member of the private security and investigations industry for 40 years and would never, never ask what I would do if he were to jump out of the bushes and confront me when I leave the nursing home. As my fire arms instructor claims I could shoot the eyes out of a fly at 100 paces and who could forget the immortal words of Mr. Bart Ratay "Shoot em twice in the head". I'm sure the real Mr. Kunzler would already know that if someone jumped out of a bush at me I would probably pull out my 9mm pistol and cap them in the kisser and under the circumstances the worst legal penalty I would receive would be a citation for unlawful discharge of firearm in city limits.

Apparent defects with the quality of Justice have caused 3 presidential candidates to propose term limits to get the dead wood and political activist off the federal bench. Prior to becoming disabled Chris Walters worked on in the security and private investigation industry as a uniformed and licensed security guard. In the performance of his official duties Chris Walters and every other armed guard, jail guard and police officer have the legal right to use deadly force in a situation where the observer has reason to believe an actor is engaged in a criminal activity which endangers the life of serious bodily injury of a victim.
