1. On or about 7/21/2020 Ms Carole explained she wanted me to use my computer to apply for food stamps for residents of this facility. She went on to further volunteer that she lost her purse and has no identification and wanted to know if I could apply for her a bunch of phone ID cards online so she could travel the world on vacation?

1 Mr. Carol stated the facility would have a house phone for residents to use however when the installation man from Spectrum install the system no phone was place at this location

2. Ms. Carol explained the gate of the facility is locked to prevent guest from leaving the property and several have asked to be moved out of the care home expressing on concerns they are being held against their will?

3. Mr. Robert Specks states on 7/27/2020 that he was told he cannot call Social Security to report his new address on the house phone and has been told he cannot leave the property.

4. 7-29-2020 Mr. Larry Daly has been told he cannot leave the building and is asking to be transfered to another home

1. The management does not appear to know or understand that possession of a prescription medication or narcotic by other than licensed medical specialist is a federal offense

1. One of my 4X Carhart black shirts has disappeared in the laundry and when Marlyn the washing nurse was on duty and another client reports she stole clothing from him on several occassions to give to other clients

2. Ms Carol tried to take my walker on 4 occassions I have to chain it to bed

This is a new facility and as clients begin to arrive some issues have occured because complete installation of the is in progress

1. Resident access phone has just been installed but clients claim they are denied access

2. Policy of staff holding medications needs legal status verification

3. Policy on residents being unable to leave propertey and being locked on property

4. Food has improved as facility continues to move in.

6. Ms Carol states clients can drink on property and be staggering drunk Client Manuel was drunk 7/26/2020 at breakfast and wanted to fight everyone at breakfast table

Many convicted felons enter homeless shelters; upon completion of recovery program get promoted to management. Lacking specialized training in operating a people oriented business often reach back into their prison past and consciously or subconsciously create an unlicensed penal facility. 8:30 AM 7/25/2020 The front gate is apparently locked and a resident is climbing over the spiked fence and if he falls we probably have a fatal event

8:15 AM 7-25-2020 the fire alarm goes off in the kitchen as someone is trying to cook breakfast. Fire alaram goes off at least once each day as food is being prepared

The Manager Ms Carol appears unaware that routine threats to shoot residents; threats of beatings; and abusive languates may violate state law

1 Between 9:30-11:00 AM 7-25-2020 Ms Carol the Manager is heard threatening to use fly swatter on several residents including Mr. Williams and wear them out. Also screaming "Shut The Fuck Up" to a resident at top of voice

2. Ms. Carol regular screams at top of her voice that she is going home to get her glock and shoot someone or another.

3. 7-31-2020 Ms. Carol is outside my room in the driveway that she is going to beat the crap out of a resident

4. 7-31-2020 resident reports Ms Carol slapped a resident Guy upside of the head for reasons unknown

1 Facility has no wheel chair ramp

Resident Larry Dailey states he is a former special forces member with extensive world wide serivce in protection of persons including the Queen of England; the President of Mexico; and black opos; former US Marshal....and was even a medical doctor specializing in Surgery....

Larry Dailey mumbles all day and night about killing persons; arresting persons and taking them to Court House; shooting person in head; and making people diappear. Larry Dailey states he shot someone in head 5 times...

Resident Larry Dailey state he learned medicine during WWII liberating concentration camps and releasing prisoners. Larry explained he as born in 1956 and it is hard to believe he was in Germany in 1944 before he was born. Larry states he owns a $200,000 helicopter which he uses to fly past the moon to a blue planet and has been shrinked to 6 inches with Japanese device.

Most professional organizations require a potential resident to recieve a prescreening in a meeting between management; health professionals and a 3 to 5 day trial residence to make sure the person is appropriate to the specific function of the Care Home

1. Resident Manuel out resident drunk should be in mandatory AAA program as a condition of residence

2. Resident William has chronic behavior issues; including steal items from around the property and possibly needs placement in Demential unit

Mr Woods a resident in living room has some type of dementia and pooped on floor and should have been place in demential unit with skilled staff qualified in this area

7-29-2020 Another resident Mr. Ric Diaz states he was severely beated in his apartment by a man and a woman and robbed and the event was captured on survillence video and he learned the identify of the attacker who he states lives in his old apartment building

Rick Diaz states he is a convicted felon with 3 different times in prison and has the ability to "Green Light" his attacker rather than pursue a police report using hispanic gang assets. "Green Light" he explains might include murder of his attacker based on a prison code of behavior

Ms Carol reports he smokes "Meth" in backyard and spends his days drinking and panhandling for money on the streets

If you have ever shared a room or common space with another resident who vomits their existance and every problem they have ever had for hours a day you can appreciate the federal privacy act. Generally complaints; ideas; and suggestions are directed to the management

After being asked not to share his personal problems with other residents Mr. Robert Specks reported he was sleeping in a tent in Long Beach, CA and was robbed of his identifiction; Bank Account; and his social security check is being returned because he cannot prove who he is at this time but has not called the police yet but wants me to help him. Mr. Specks explained to visiting nurse he does not know the day; month or who is President of the United States and is sick as explaines from eating common dirt to help get bacteria in colon.

For days on end Mr. Specks repeatedly vomits every problem he has ever had in life and recently for hours on end taking advantage of the fact his bed is in dorm 5 the say as mine. After days of abuse I agree to email his brother who he states is Pastor Steve Robinson of Good News Church of God In Christ of Long Beach, CA. Pastor Steven Robinson and a member of the Church respond by email and ask when they can come out and phone contact and 4 days later have not been seen or heard from

As with previous complaints from other medical providers in the past statements 8/7/2020 from Hospital Social Worker and Case Manger is that their treatment plan is being blocked by UHC

I called UHC toll free about 4:45 PM and explained the problem to the customer rep located in the Phillippines who has promised to call the hosptial and try and clear up the problem

The current Governor Garin Newsom appears to be a practicing career criminal whose leadership has turned California into a 3rd world country catering to those who seeek to be homeless by choice; free benefits for illegal migrants; early release for 18,000 convicted felons; extreme appliation of minority groups civil rights for instance LGBQ protection for children . The rape of the California unemployment benefits reportedly have resulted in theft of $20 Billion by criminal elements. The idea that the law is evil and the police should defunded leads to anarchy is ok is apparently a theme enpowered by some of the prosecutors state wide refusing to enforce laws. The migration of industry and wealth persons have created housing crisis in Missoula Montana as Montana is Californicated.

Many Doctors from India & Punjabi only have 2 years formal medical education before beginning practice in the United States and many need great deal of additional training. My 500 medical providers took 5 years for 10 doctors to remove melanoma; another 180 doctors to discover Xeralto to address blood clots; 150 doses of antibiotic to treat chronic infections; 50 doctors to decline my collapsed left hip cannot be replaced; and more recently a host of doctors; medical providers; and hospitals were unable to remove a reported renal cancer. A doctor in Texas stating he could take it out in 2 hours day surgery and send the patient home. Although the Advanced Medical Directive reviews what medical treatment is required many of my doctors routinely make changes in medications; order unneeded medical test; and make patient calls simply to defraud the Medicare or Medicaid Programs.
