In My 2014 I moved into a model homeless shelter in Santa Maria CA known as Good Smaritan Shelter which given the community resources and assets should have placed me into assisted living within 1 month. The nursing staff on duty at the shelter however admitted they did not wish to provide me with services because of political problems as they explained where I had questioned medicaid frauds in Santa Barbara County and filed a complaint which helped close an organized criminal activity in a shelters in Santa Barbara, CA.

Dignity Health did an excellent job of hospitalizing me for cellulitis of leg and attempting to refer me to a care home where a woman was going to have here 7 year old son wait on my needs to move..... Questions I filed with federal prosecutor about ongoing frauds by Santa Barbara County I receieved several death threats and had to retreat on July 4th, 2014 to Medford, Oregon. Although I made no applications for social services or any request to change my address to Oregon the Social Security Administration made an extenisve effort to claim I resided in Oregon. Oregon is unable to pay for my expensive medications so no applications for benefits are made.

I moved to Port Angeles, WA on August 5th, 2014 without problem or comment. A Maverick Motel defrauded my debit card by claiminng I was in residence at their facility on August 9th, 2014. Debit card records show however I was 500 miles away in Port Angeles at the same time. Exactly how I could be in 2 places at the same time remains a mystery..

The Congress which has arrived in Janurary, 2015 is holding up the confirmation of the new US Attorney General referring to the former US Attorney General Eric Holder as a criminal or renegade.

a. Patient Rights To Be fully informed by a physician of his or her total health status and to be afforded the opportunity to participate on an immediate and ongoing basis in the total plan of care. (42CFR §483.10(c))

b. Be fully informed in advance about care and treatment and of any changes in care or treatment that may affect the resident. (42 CFR §483.10(c)(2),(4))

c Participate in planning care and treatment or changes in care or treatment unless adjudged incompetent or otherwise found to be incapacitated under State law. (42 C.F.R. §483.10(d)(3), 42 CFR §483.10(c))

d. To receive all information that is material to his or her decision concerning whether to accept or refuse any proposed treatment or procedure. (42 CFR §483.10(c)(5)(6))

Dr. Mark Juretic becomes Primary Care Physician and does complete physical. Dr. Juretic explains previous recommendation by Santa Barbara County for "melanoma" on back as a scam as he explains no growth exist nor needs surgery.

The hospital staff goes to the extraordinary effort of picking up my walker and bringing it to my hospital room.

Taken by EMS from shelter to Marian Hospital for treatment of serverly infected right leg and serious infections. Treating Dr. is Ophelia who does an excellent job of treating illness..

After discharge from hospital I am unable to go to pharmacy and pick up my meds and Case Manager Suzanne Roth goes to pharmacy and picks up meds.

According to my Social Worker at the Good Samaritan Shelter-Sue Roth the Adult and Family Services has dropped by and is going to place me in skilled nursing facility and all I have to do is sit back and wait for her to find a facility to place me into me-My ship has finally come in

I was given a private area in bottom of train car with bathroom locked to prevent other guest from using area and train was held 45 minutes for bus connection.

The family of legal actions styled Walters V Social Security...have been closed for 20 years from futher adjudication. The Commissioners Final Determination of 2007 was an out of court settlement which cannot be appealed, modified. or amended The several US Circuit Courts of Appeals and US Supreme Court have declined to permit the matter to be brought up for additional review.

The current Governor Garin Newsom appears to be a practicing career criminal whose leadership has turned California into a 3rd world country catering to those who seeek to be homeless by choice; free benefits for illegal migrants; early release for 18,000 convicted felons; extreme appliation of minority groups civil rights for instance LGBQ protection for children . The rape of the California unemployment benefits reportedly have resulted in theft of $20 Billion by criminal elements. The idea that the law is evil and the police should defunded leads to anarchy is ok is apparently a theme enpowered by some of the prosecutors state wide refusing to enforce laws. The migration of industry and wealth persons have created housing crisis in Missoula Montana as Montana is Californicated.

Many Doctors from India & Punjabi only have 2 years formal medical education before beginning practice in the United States and many need great deal of additional training. My 500 medical providers took 5 years for 10 doctors to remove melanoma; another 180 doctors to discover Xeralto to address blood clots; 150 doses of antibiotic to treat chronic infections; 50 doctors to decline my collapsed left hip cannot be replaced; and more recently a host of doctors; medical providers; and hospitals were unable to remove a reported renal cancer. A doctor in Texas stating he could take it out in 2 hours day surgery and send the patient home. Although the Advanced Medical Directive reviews what medical treatment is required many of my doctors routinely make changes in medications; order unneeded medical test; and make patient calls simply to defraud the Medicare or Medicaid Programs.
