PrimaVera Foundation Recommends Assisted Living
Technical Evaluation of Data For Page 56
The Prima Vera Foundation has written an excellent referral to place me into assisted living and the homeless shelter at San Luis Obispo, CA is operated in conjunction with a day room run by college children playing social worker whose only interest is to prowl around in my legal affairs. The shelter explains if I can't work in thier facility due to disability I must leave-bye bye

I land in Modesto, CA when I have to get off Amtrak to go to hospital and another shelter operated by the Salvation Army has an excellent and inexcusable chance to put me into assisted living. The aged old manager however had dictated that mere finding of fact and law that I am disabled backed up by court finding are not adequate for his purposes and demands disabled persons get a disability for his purposes. As fortune would have it the shelter is a golden parachute program for convicted persons who torched the county jail and the Sheriff who is on the Salvation Army Board wants the homeless facility for his charges

The 9th Street shelter in Merced, CA is too busy profiting from the homeless to provide adequate services such as laundry; day room....The management would rather have the dirty; mentally ill; and diseased bastards roaming the streets to justify the need for funding for the shelter in this small farm town.

Santa Rosa tried real hard to help me and the Redwood Rescue Mission is very active in giving from the heart for the less fortunate. The temperature is rising and because I do not have a CPAP machine I must move to a cooler climate or stop breathing. On the way Santa Maria, CA I stop in Modesto at the Best Western Motel for some R&R. The staff tries to over charge me for an extra night and when questioned denied the fraud. They were however nice enough to return my money later My debit card company explains that the largest single case of frauds are motels attempting to over charge guest and hoping they won't notice an extra day.

How Arizona Uses Medical Malpractice
To Defraud Medical Insurance-A Class Act

In the last 20 years each time I visit Arizona medical authorities do an excellent job of evaluating my medical problems at great expense to the taxpayers. The work up done by UA Banner probably set the taxpayer back $10,000. When it comes time make medical referrals or do some actual medical work it is suddenly time to leave the shelter; or we can't get you sign up for this program or that. The amount of money this sham sucks out of the taxbased is it really any wonder former US Senator John McCain opposing ending the Obamacare.

Good morning and thank you for considering making Cascades of Tucson a possible choice. I am sorry to say that we do not provide furnished apartments or accept Medicaid payments. We are private pay only. I would recommend Fellowship Square or Hundred Palms as a possible alternative for you.

Best of luck in your search

Chris

Thank you for your internet request for information about Emeritus at Tucson for you. Id love to work with you to find the right solution for you. We do not accept Medicaid with our community, is Medicaid important for you?

To help me discover if Emeritus at Tucson is a good solution for you, Id like to ask you a couple of questions: Whats most important to you when looking for a place for you to live?

What is your biggest concern right now?
Best regards, Dylan

Makes Case Management Referral
From: Brad Montgomery
brad@chicoshelter.org
On Tue, Mar 4, 2014 at 8:16 PM,

Hello Chris,

It is actually not an unusual question. It comes up fairly often.

We are an ADA compliant facility, but we are not an assisted living facility and other than CPR/First Aid our staff does not have any medical training. This means that our guests do need to demonstrate that they are able to care for themselves while they are with us. Examples - Are they able to take their own medication? Can they make their own way, without assistance, to an emergency exit in case of a fire? Can they shower regularly and dress themselves? Are they able to leave for the day (9 and 1/2 hours) along with the rest of our guests? These and others are requirements to staying with us successfully.

As far as the other implied part of your email Chris. Our shelter is not intended as a way for people to transition from other communities to ours and we don't make "reservations'. You didn't mention in your email what your current living situation is but I would strongly suggest that you not leave housing and any programming and benefits you have currently established in Arizona to become homeless in California. It is a considerable amount of red tape, bureaucracy and frustration moving your benefits and support systems from one county to another and from one state to another but putting the time in while you're there to transfer these benefits will have a far better outcome then showing up in your new community without them.

Last thought, our climate overall might be listed as cooler then where you are at in Arizona, but we can go weeks at a time in the summer with temperatures in the triple digits and so you might want to take a closer look at our temperature trends before choosing Chico.

I doubt this is what you wanted to hear Chris but I hope it helps in the long run.

Thanks, Brad Montgomery

Chris, my apologies for appearing unwelcoming, but I need to share that our shelter is full and based on our funding, we must serve local residents first. I would consider relocating somewhere else, especially if you are looking for cool weather. Napa has higher summer temps than most of the Bay Area. Folks only sleep at the shelter - we have a day center, but it is not air conditioned. To answer your question, we try our best to serve folks with disabilities.

subject: Your stay at BEST WESTERN Town House Lodge

Dear Chris Walters,

Thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent stay at our property.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.

After receiving your comments on-line both Don and myself pulled up your statements for the 3 nights you stayed starting on May 1st. On May 1st you paid $83.37 for the room and $100 cash deposit. You had a 2nd reservation you had made for May 2nd which Don canceled for you due to an error in address when booked. You asked to extend your stay but wanted to pay with your debit/credit card. You then were refunded the $100 cash deposit and paid $83.37 on your credit/debit card ending in #0603 for the night of May 2nd. May 3rd you also extended your stay one more night and paid $ 83.37 on the same credit/debit card ending in #0603. Those 3 nights are the only nights you were billed for. If there is some sort of issue I can e-mail you copies of your receipts if that would help you resolve it. We only authorize credit/debit cards for the amount of room charge and tax. So in total you paid $83.37 in cash and $166.74 was charged to your credit/debit card, for a total of $250.11 for the 3 nights. There were no other charges billed to you by my hotel.

If I can provide any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me directly at 209-524-7261.

Sincerely, Carolina Nava

California Becomes A 3rd World Country
Liberal Agenda A Haven For Crime & Anarchy?
The current Governor Garin Newsom appears to be a practicing career criminal whose leadership has turned California into a 3rd world country catering to those who seeek to be homeless by choice; free benefits for illegal migrants; early release for 18,000 convicted felons; extreme appliation of minority groups civil rights for instance LGBQ protection for children . The rape of the California unemployment benefits reportedly have resulted in theft of $20 Billion by criminal elements. The idea that the law is evil and the police should defunded leads to anarchy is ok is apparently a theme enpowered by some of the prosecutors state wide refusing to enforce laws. The migration of industry and wealth persons have created housing crisis in Missoula Montana as Montana is Californicated.
Hindu & Punjabi Hit Team Snitches Get Stiches Former Mayor Garcetti Of LA Becomes Indian Ambassador
Many Doctors from India & Punjabi only have 2 years formal medical education before beginning practice in the United States and many need great deal of additional training. My 500 medical providers took 5 years for 10 doctors to remove melanoma; another 180 doctors to discover Xeralto to address blood clots; 150 doses of antibiotic to treat chronic infections; 50 doctors to decline my collapsed left hip cannot be replaced; and more recently a host of doctors; medical providers; and hospitals were unable to remove a reported renal cancer. A doctor in Texas stating he could take it out in 2 hours day surgery and send the patient home. Although the Advanced Medical Directive reviews what medical treatment is required many of my doctors routinely make changes in medications; order unneeded medical test; and make patient calls simply to defraud the Medicare or Medicaid Programs.

The US Supreme Court apparently empowered patient rights in Thersea Schiavo-Schindler, et al. v. Michael Schiavo, et al. protects the rights of patients to choose their medical treatment over the objection of medical or government officials as the operation of fact and law which lead to creation of a host of state and federal statutes to protect patient rights: (42CFR §483.10(c)) Patient Rights To Be fully informed by a physician of his or her total health status and to be afforded the opportunity to participate on an immediate and ongoing basis in the total plan of care. (42 CFR §483.10(c)(2),(4)) Be fully informed in advance about care and treatment and of any changes in care or treatment that may affect the resident.(42 C.F.R. §483.10(d)(3), 42 CFR §483.10(c)) Participate in planning care and treatment or changes in care or treatment unless adjudged incompetent or otherwise found to be incapacitated under State law. You are looking at part of Exhibit C a United States source document submitted as Evidence and Testimony to the several committees of the United States Congress since 1986. The survey data is occassionally used for creation of federal statutes; considering possible improvements in operation of federal programs; and study of operational field impediments. Because of the Separation of Powers found in US Constitution and various Rules of Congress it not possible to serve summons, subponeas; or other court process on Capitol Hill and persons attempting to can be detained and arrested by Capitol Police or otherwise sanctioned. Obviously the only legal reviews which can occur would require permission of the Chairman of a Congressional Committee reviewing the matters at public hearings
