My name is Chris Walters I am in the Ocean Point Health Care Center in Santa Monica and am having an issue with the an Infection Control Nurse name May attempting to ask for unneeded medical treatment to defraud Medicare.

If you examine the attached Motion for Reconsideration to US Supreme Court you can see I have had 4 CAT Scans in last month; 10 chest Xrays; and his facility has taken an Xray and I cleared a COVID test 4 days ago. The Nurse wants to have a blood test for TB which is not warranted.

The PD Hospice here explained the staff stated I was delusional and attempted to hijack my medical treatment and prescribe Seroquel without my knowledge or permission and in violation of my advanced medical directive. The issues can be viewed on this webpage:

My new room mate Mr Cruz-aka "Senior Itchy Dick" is roaming around the room with no clothing and the nurse ask him to put on some clothes. Later he keeps coming over to my private area and looking around and state he is looking for socks

1. About 10:45 PM he is trying to climb through the sheet separating our areas over the bed rain and climb into my bed and I was able to punch him through the divider.

2. 5 minutes later he is putting his hand under the rain and into my bed for what I don't know on 2 occassions.

3. I had to get up and get the nurse on duty to ask Senior Itchy Dick to stay out of my area of the room

4. Nurse attempted to give medication Flowmax which was discontinued at my instructions in Olympia Hospital but appears to be reinstated.

5. 9-12-2020 Nurse Ted is trying to explain he doe not appreciate my complaining about how he does dispensing medication to his employier and tried to dispense 2 of the same pill which not paying attention to what he doing. May need additional training in medication dispensation or supervision

1. Nursing Home wants to begin physical therapy which the Dr. Lopez appears and asks for which is denied as damage to spine is believed to be untreatable and states they intend to move forward against my instructions.

Since I cannot take blood thinners for blood clots due to Kidney Cancer Dr. Lopez authorized 2 small servings of red wine each day at meal time to reduce clotting factor and lower cholesterol

6 Cat Scans in month is far too much radiation and the doctors apparently wanted to defraud Medicare for testing costs rather than ORDER copies of recent CAT Scan From LAC-USC or Community Hospital of Huntington Park

Medicare pays $300 for each time a doctor visits a patient in the hospital or nursing home for a 30 minute consultation. During 6 day stay in hospital 4 doctors visited my room for 30 seconds up to 5 minutes to say hello which costs Medicare $7200 a whole lot hi how are you doing today

Although Gall Bladder survery is considered a relatively simple operation taking about 2 hours Dr. Lopez has expressed concerned it could be fatal-is doing research

As the letter correctly suggest if a patient is in a medical facility for 30 consecutive days the SSI is discontinued. As I have not yet been in a medical facility for 30 consecutive days but a week in Olympia Hospital 9/3/2020 to 9/10/2020. The Nursing Home has correctly over billed medicare who wants to me to return $372.00 in SSI overpayment

The animus of this alleged criminal activity is that the Principal Ocean Pointe Health Care defrauded Medicare by over billing and the 2nd specification is that as a result of the first crime denied Chris Walters part of his SSI benefits

The nurse at Santa Monica is explaining I am receving new Medication Flowmax which will drop my blood pressure. As I reminded the nurse my blood pressure at night can drop to 90/40 or 80/50 and obviously a medication which drops blood press could be fatal

My clear agreement with Dr. Lopez is that no changes in medication or treatment will be made without my agreement and prior authorzation

The hours long pleas for help from down the hall went from a woman went silent it appears she passed away. 9/29/2020 While visiting my new room in 14B the Social Worker Luke is explaining to someone on the phone that the previous tenant of this room bed 14A passed away and her jewlery and property are not to be found. If the women was murdered for her jewlery or simply a victim of a robbery as the Nicki the social worker explained we are bullet proof the police can't come here to investigate anything.

Title 18 Sec 1209 Kidknapping (a) Whoever unlawfully seizes, confines, inveigles, decoys, kidnaps, abducts, or carries away and holds for ransom or reward or otherwise any person, except in the case of a minor by the parent thereof, when

(1) the person is willfully transported in interstate or foreign commerce, regardless of whether the person was alive when transported across a State boundary, or the offender travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses the mail or any means, facility, or instrumentality of interstate or foreign commerce in committing or in furtherance of the commission of the offense;

(2) any such act against the person is done within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States;

(3) any such act against the person is done within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States as defined in section 46501 of title 49

(4) the person is a foreign official, an internationally protected person, or an official guest as those terms are defined in section 1116(b) of this title ; or

(5) the person is among those officers and employees described in section 1114 of this title and any such act against the person is done while the person is engaged in, or on account of, the performance of official duties, shall be punished by imprisonment for any term of years or for life and, if the death of any person results, shall be punished by death or life imprisonment.

(b) With respect to subsection (a)(1), above, the failure to release the victim within twenty-four hours after he shall have been u unlawfully seized, confined, inveigled, decoyed, kidnapped, abducted, or carried away shall create a rebuttable presumption that such person has been transported in interstate or foreign commerce. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the fact that the presumption under this section has not yet taken effect does not preclude a Federal investigation of a possible violation of this section before the 24-hour period has ended.

(c) If two or more persons conspire to violate this section and one or more of such persons do any overt act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be punished by imprisonment for any term of years or for life.

(d) Whoever attempts to violate subsection (a) shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than twenty years.

(e) If the victim of an offense under subsection (a) is an internationally protected person outside the United States, the United States may exercise jurisdiction over the offense if (1) the victim is a representative, officer, employee, or agent of the United States, (2) an offender is a national of the United States, or (3) an offender is afterwards found in the United States. As used in this subsection, the United States includes all areas under the jurisdiction of the United States including any of the places within the provisions of this subsection, the term �national of the United States� has the meaning prescribed in section 101(a)(22) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(22)).

(f) In the course of enforcement of subsection (a)(4) and any other sections prohibiting a conspiracy or attempt to violate subsection (a)(4), the Attorney General may request assistance from any Federal, State, or local agency, including the Army, Navy, and Air Force, any statute, rule, or regulation to the contrary notwithstanding.

The rape of the California unemployment benefits reportedly have resulted in theft of $20 Billion by criminal elements. The idea that the law is evil and the police should defunded leads to anarchy is ok is apparently a theme enpowered by some of the prosecutors state wide refusing to enforce laws. The migration of industry and wealth persons have created housing crisis in Missoula Montana as Montana is Californicated.

Many Doctors from India & Punjabi only have 2 years formal medical education before beginning practice in the United States and many need great deal of additional training. My 500 medical providers took 5 years for 10 doctors to remove melanoma; another 180 doctors to discover Xeralto to address blood clots; 150 doses of antibiotic to treat chronic infections; 50 doctors to decline my collapsed left hip cannot be replaced; and more recently a host of doctors; medical providers; and hospitals were unable to remove a reported renal cancer. A doctor in Texas stating he could take it out in 2 hours day surgery and send the patient home. Although the Advanced Medical Directive reviews what medical treatment is required many of my doctors routinely make changes in medications; order unneeded medical test; and make patient calls simply to defraud the Medicare or Medicaid Programs.

Title 18 USC 1512 Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant (b) Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct toward another person, with intent to— (1) influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding; (2) cause or induce any person to— (A) withhold testimony, or withhold a record, document, or other object, from an official proceeding; (B) alter, destroy, mutilate, or conceal an object with intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; (C) evade legal process summoning that person to appear as a witness, or to produce a record, document, or other object, in an official proceeding; or (D) be absent from an official proceeding to which such person has been summoned by legal process; or shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

7. Deprivation of rights under color of law Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
