1. We bave had 4 rolling blackouts here in this neightborhood in last 10 days and it appears the power company intentionally turns off the electric in this neighborhood.

1 The structure used as Board and Care at 7180 Euclyptus Drive #B appears to be a 2 story structure probably built in 1960's and as would be expected of a building which is 60 years old has issues related to its age.

2. Building need to be rewired as some circuit do not work and many electric sockets are hanging out of wall.

3. Residents bathrooms are not all ADA compliant and for instance shower in my room does not work and we have walls which have rotten out and need new wall board

4. Floors appear in good order and well maintained

5. Every room needs fire extinguisher and windows repaired in such a fashion that residents can escape through windows in event of fire. It might be possible to remove window glass and replace with plexiglass designed to poop out?

6. Oxygen stored in kitchen needs to be in shed probably in back yard and fire extengishers need to be mounted in hall; kitchen and common areas.

7. Furniture in common area needs to be improved for instance either replace or take out couch in living area which is all torn up; kitchen table appears to be coming apart; need kitchen chairs which are more sturdy; fan over kitchen table looks like it is coming loose from sockets

8. Washing machine and dryers need to be bolted to floor or secured so they cannot move when in operation

9. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets need replacement or repair

10. Metal Junk in back yard has been partially moved away from client residences

11. Front of building and walk way appears well maintained and in order

12. Junk cars on property detract from property and neightborhood values and give appearance of 3rd world country-need to move to more appropriate location

13. If the building is ever remodeled it might be retrofitted for earthquakes and have a stand by gas generator installed which currently runs about $1000.00

1. A complete list of resident need to be posted on front door; each resident door needs to be posted as to who lives there and each room should have residents medical issues posted for EMS personnel
