RE: Exchange of patient clothing in nursing home as vector for disease transmission

As you can see form police report to Stockton PD some of my clothing was taken to laundry and not returned. As with many nursing homes patient laundry is frequently passed to other patients on a regular basis.

I have methacillian restistant stalph and have had C-diff and know from experience that simply washing clothing will not necessary kill or remove pathogens.

I have asked the lower level staff here to return my clothes for several days.

The current effort to reduce water by Lassix is not working well and I am asking the doctor to change the focus of treatment to addressing cardiac issues.

Because of my many medical problems I always want be advised of changes in medication and treatment after consultation with my doctor and do not expect your nursing staff of the PA to be put in a conflict of interest:

1. I was not given advanced notice about proposed changes in medication including vitamin B-12: vitamin-C; increase of Lassix from 20 mg a day to 40 mg a day; daily water restrictions;

2. The pill for allergies is reportedly Zantac which is being sued for causing kidney cancer.

3. My request for Vitamin D for arthritis was not filled.

4. In the course of being moved from hospital to hospital my does of 3 500 mg of Pentyphylline was discontinued however was recontinued as 1 pill a day.

5. My request for stool softer twice a day was too effective and I have had loss of bowel control for about a 10 days and will cut back on stool softner.

6. 6-3-2021 my nursing is explained I cannot have my water cup which I am using to keep ice for my CPAP.

7. Medical staff unwilling let staff remove suntags from under right armpit.

8 The PA had requested a 3 day trial increase of Lassix to see if it could reduce water-whihch was not effective.

The night nurse Gary and several of the visiting college nurses suggested an irregular heart beat missing up to 1-4 which coincides with recent EKG from Lodi Hospital. Dr Deborah Hughes MD Oregon Heart Center in Salem, Oregon prefomed a successful cardiac conversion on 12-2019. I was able to lose 50 pounds of water in 3 days and by March of 2020 my weight had dropped to 320 lbs. Dr Singh and my Dr. Prithipal S. Sethi working on Kidney issues have agreed to have a cardiologist .

As some of these events have occured my room mate Jerry has had some desire to comment on what is occured as some of this took place while he is in the room and advocate for one thing or another....up to suggesting I might be discharged from the nursing home without any notice. No matter how well intended he is he cannot interfer with my communications to and from Dr. Signh or changes in medication....

Aside from thanks your staff for it's excellent services I would like to move foward from presenting me with changes in medication; treatment; or comments unless we have my primry care Dr Singh present.

A brief meeting with Dr. Sethi and he assures me that all we need to do the surgery is a clearance from Cardiologist. Dr. Sethi explains he is sure the surgery itself will be no problem.

Dr. Sethi stated that removal of the left kidney would be no problem after I cleared a check with Cardiologist. Several months later 11/16/2021 Dr. Sethi's Physician Asst. explained neither Dr Sethi nor any other urologist in Stocton would be removing the cancer because the patient weight 400 pounds and no hospital in Stockton, CA has a hospital bed for a patient of this size. After 8 months; frivilioius medical referrals; unneeded medical test the Dr Sethis staff explained they would make a referral to move medical treatment to UC Davis Hospital in Sacramento, CA

Dr. Prithipal S. Sethi Golden State Urology met with me in July 2021 and explained he could remove my left kidney easily with in about 2 hours after I secured a clearance from a Cardiac specialist. On November 15th, 2021 Dr Sethi PA explained:

1. He would not do the surgery and no other doctor in Stockton, CA would either. 2. The doctors PA suggested I move my medical treatment to UC Davis at Sacramento, CA. 3. Since I moved into Clearwater Health Care in April, 2021 we have been unable to move forward with the medical work on my Advanced Care Medical Directive causing a substantial delay in treatment.

Dr Singh Discharged As Primary Care Physician In June, 2021 Request To Transfer To Another Care Facility In Another Community In April 2021 the last CAT Scan suggested a stage 3 cancer in left kidney and I can't afford any more delays for frivilious medical test to support treatment the requesting doctor is not willing to perform. If you have some findings of significant on my cardiac test please email me a copy. Please cancel any additional appointments.

Based on statements I cannot received needed medical treatment in this County the case manager Stephen Cashara arranges discharge

Finds no basis for nursing home care unable to make other options

My room mate in room 204 is named Jerry Lewis who needs frequent dialysis

1. Jerry explained the value or shunt in his right arm where the IV ports who greatly enlarged.

2. Jerry asked the nursing staff 2 days in a row if it was a problem and was told not to worry about it

3. At 1:30 AM in the morning the IV port blew out and Jerry is screaming I'm dying as blood spurts and the room looks like a murder scene while I apply a tourniquet

Jerry Lewis was the President of Patient Council and it was strange to have a constant stream of female patients come by the door of my room and acuse him of abusing them; 1 female guest has sexual relations with him in my room; and several guest suggested they have knowledge he was using and trafficking drugs on the property. Jerrys time at the nursing home after he was seen screaming at the top of his voice at a women in 202 named Virginia to "shut the fuck up" and Virginia daughter noted she has bruises from unknown cause

My room mate Mr. Allyman is a retired mechanic apparently a native of Fiji who chooses to speak an dialect from India instead of English which he speaks. Mr. Allyman apparently suffers from an intenal stricture which causes eaten materials to be thrown up into the lungs

1. Mr Allyman spend months pleading to be permitted to use bathroom while he had a catheter and it was eventually discovered he had a catheter blockage caused by infection

2. About 1 Am in the morning Mr. Allyman appears to be dying and unable to breath possibly cause by blockage and when staff was called they send him to hospital. The staff indicated they forgot to place him on oxygen and had to rush a bottle into room.

3. After returning from hospital it is apparent nobody did surgery to correct the blockage in his system and when he returned from hospital he stopped eating for several weeks

4. As the staff attempted for force feed him he died a lingering gruesome death literally drowning in his own stomach content being throw into lungs

5. When nursing staff was asked if the patient was dying and should he go to hospital the nurse replied that he could not get permission by phoning the family and the family later indicated they had called for several days trying to check on their father

6. The EMS made heroic efforts to revive Mr. Allyman for 45 minutes before he was declared dead by a Doctor over the phone who stated it was death of natural causes-eliminating the need for autopsy

7. Mr.Allyman was known to be verbally abusive with staff using phrases like "Bastard" "Son Of A Pig"; "Suck My Cock"; and swearing to the need for Jihad or Holy War and it is possible that he abusive language could have lessened effective treatment

8. Without access to Mr. Allymans medical records and benefits of an autopy the circumstances of his long and gruesome death can only be generalized

Your call for action on nursing home abuse and long term care oversight has been deferred to US Department of Justice if enough evidence exist to empower federal grand jury:

The current Governor Garin Newsom appears to be a practicing career criminal whose leadership has turned California into a 3rd world country catering to those who seeek to be homeless by choice; free benefits for illegal migrants; early release for 18,000 convicted felons; extreme appliation of minority groups civil rights for instance LGBQ protection for children . The rape of the California unemployment benefits reportedly have resulted in theft of $20 Billion by criminal elements. The idea that the law is evil and the police should defunded leads to anarchy is ok is apparently a theme enpowered by some of the prosecutors state wide refusing to enforce laws. The migration of industry and wealth persons have created housing crisis in Missoula Montana as Montana is Californicated.

Many Doctors from India & Punjabi only have 2 years formal medical education before beginning practice in the United States and many need great deal of additional training. My 500 medical providers took 5 years for 10 doctors to remove melanoma; another 180 doctors to discover Xeralto to address blood clots; 150 doses of antibiotic to treat chronic infections; 50 doctors to decline my collapsed left hip cannot be replaced; and more recently a host of doctors; medical providers; and hospitals were unable to remove a reported renal cancer. A doctor in Texas stating he could take it out in 2 hours day surgery and send the patient home. Although the Advanced Medical Directive reviews what medical treatment is required many of my doctors routinely make changes in medications; order unneeded medical test; and make patient calls simply to defraud the Medicare or Medicaid Programs.

California self-defense laws provide that you can't be found guilty of a violent crime that you committed in order to protect yourself, as long as your conduct was reasonable under the circumstances. For purposes of the self-defense legal defense, “reasonable under the circumstances” means that you need to have:

Murder, Assault with a deadly weapon, Aggravated battery, and Battery on a peace officer. Defense of property

California self-defense law also encompasses the right to use force to defend your property from harm. This right covers both real property (like a house or land) and personal property (money, cars, jewelry, etc.).

Strange I thought medical professionals were supposed to be healers who resolved medical problems instead of dragging them out for years and years to increase profits 10 Doctors 5 years to do minor surgery for cancer in office. 45 Doctors took 15 years to do colon exam. 160 Doctors treated chronic blood clots and 4-5 hospitalizations a year at $400,000 until 1 doctor prescribed Xarelto-a pill a day..131 Doctors Treat Chronic Infection 1 doctor solves problem with hospital visit. Primary Care Physicians prescribe assisted living as needed for hip replacement...., how many years will pass before this occurs
