Her recommendation for surgery will need a rehab or assisted living facility to recover from surgeries-however who declined to sign the ORDER to admit to the assisted living facility in Ocean Shore, WA a month or so later. It was later admitted the Dr. is a resident and not permitted to sign such ORDERS without permission of her supervisor

PA or Dr Kay explains that the local nursing homes are very crappy and that I should seek better services elswhere. The staff of the Health Clinic has also filled my medications

The IRC Nurse Dotty noted that a serious stalph infection in the buttocks quickly spread to leg and then appeared as blood clot in Saphaneous vein. Nurse Dotty may have explained why "blood clots" respond poorly to blood thinners; often go away with antibiotics...and other mysteries

After a week in the hospital and an estimated $30,000 in medical costs for treatment of DVT I was surprised to have the Social Worker Rebecca in my room an hour before discharge trying to arrange follow up treatment. When Bethesda Mission explained they could not accomodate persons in wheel chair she went on ahead and arranged to dump me in the York Mission which has no ability to do follow up medical treatment.

The beneficiary of this event was a disabled person sent to PA to have important work done in a local hospital. While most folks would have moral problem dumping a person in a wheel chair with cracked hips, broken knees, and live threatening blood clots into the street with no notice the Water Street Ministries kicked the bitch to the curb Friday night.

The Ministry staff however had a great excuse as they explained out of county residents can only stay 5 nights and after this time are denied access to food, shelter, and other accomodations. The reason as explained by management is that the City of Lancaster and City Fathers created this rule some years ago and the shelter must comply.

1. Since 2009 I have been hospitalized about 15 times from DVT and often treated with Lovenox injections costing about $300.00 a day or $9,000 a month. The Lovenox manufacturer called and explained the medication should be used on a short term basis only because it causes loss of bone density. What is loss of bone density?

2. Orthopedic Surgeon David Allmacher recently explained that loss of bone density means moderate osteoarthritis in my hips, knees. Dr. Allmacher explained I should simply wait around and wait until the bone rots out completely and then come back for surgery. Previous medical providers who explained that surgery in indicated.

3. Medical Malpractice I was asked to leave an assisted living facility in Boise, ID last year because I am a severe fall risk. I am currently living in a homeless shelter walking up and down stairs several times a day with a walker and impaired walking abilities. PS Lewis Winslow explains he can�t understand my need to be in either assisted living or skilled nursing facility as I have been in the past for chronic health issues.

4. Medicaid Fraud: The staff wants to complete medical work I do not believes to be re-done such as Cholesterol check, colonoscopy, and a sleep study this is generally referred to as Medicaid Fraud.

5. On Thursday, October 4th, 2012 the nurse Debbie explained she has forwarded an authorization from PA Lewis Winslow to Norco for a walker-and Norco explained they have not seen or heard from your folks.

Because the services are not complying with my previous instructions I have terminated the services of Partnership Health Center by written letter 10-5-2012 and am withdrawing permission to share medical records with anyone else.

This Link During my first and only meeting with Dr. Ravitz the doctor reviewed my extensive medical history and explained he would have no problem moving forward with my medical treatment plan and then schedules the INR test a month later when the test needs to be done weekly.
