Thank you for taking the time to submit your information to the FBI via the FBI.Gov Web site. The information is being evaluated at this time by one of my Agents and will be forwarded to the appropriate FBI component, as appropriate.

For your information, the Internet Tip Line (ITL) was created on 9/11/01, in response to the terrorist attacks upon America. We quickly established a mechanism for the public to submit information to the FBI via the Internet, and we received our first tip at 10:31 AM that first day. Director Mueller has since made the ITL a permanent part of FBI operations, and we have thus far received over 600,000 tips from around the globe, from which thousands of leads have been sent to FBI Field and Legal Attach Offices for action.

Initially, almost 100% of the tips received were related to the terrorist attacks; however, now approximately 45% of all tips received are related to almost every other FBI criminal program, e.g., drug trafficking, organized crime, money laundering, pyramid schemes, child pornography, fugitives, bank robbery.

Our operation is completely automated and paperless. Submitted tips are received immediately, reviewed within minutes and prioritized by trained Professional Support personnel, and Agents set action leads within the hour, as appropriate.

1. I'm doing volunteer work in the Created Learning Center at the Forsyth Public Library here in May, 2005 and David Bradshaw walks up in front of everyone and explains "I'm with the CIA-I really Am".

2. Another fellow Yawheah John is explaining he is God's Annointed claims to have be considered so dangerous the police in Ocala, Florida asked him to move out of town

3. Barry Williams is in the habit of walking up and vomiting his problems on strangers and claims to have outstanding felony fugitive warrant in Arizona

4. We have several customers for mental health services-bring your butterfly net. Announcing the opening of the Walter's Mental Health Clinic where for $.75 cup of coffee Chris will sit with you in Murphy's Cafe and listen to your problems.

1. Earnest Holts describes himself as a partially disabled resident of Jackson,MS who claims he has been visiting homeless shelters around here since 1999 and drawing over $2,000 a month in disability benefits.

2. Earnest pays homeless persons for information on the best homeless shelters and is known to stalk homeless clients in homeless shelters such as Tim Rice a resident of the SAMM shelter in Winston Salem,NC and try to cause them harm.

3. Earnest bears a close physical resemblence to the description of the rapist at a University in Greensboro, NC

4. At the start of the 2nd Gulf War Earnest makes a brief stop an a local Islamic Cafe and hot foots it off as he explained to Norfolk Naval Station. Earnest explains there is no shelter; nor football team; and I contacted Base Security personnel and suggested they Earnest under survillence.

5. In April, 2005 Earnest explains he had finally succeeded in getting 4 different sets of phony identification from a person in Miami Beach under 4 different names.

This Section concerns our friends Barney, Gomber, and Goober being engaged in some questionable activities and it appears someone or something eventually hit all 3 of them and put a serious dent in their existance. Reverend Alan Hartman of San Antonio explained he was "punished by God" when funding for his ministry was canceled and someone burned down the pastor's house. I am glad I didn't have a problem with "God" or whoever.

Dan Messmer is a 5 year associate from Winston Salem,NC who is much to be admired for working himself out of the homeless shelter system into a much deserved job at Winston Salem State University where despite self described mental health problems he continues working. Dan's evolving and changing story line seems to facilitate around his claims of mental illness brought on by various persons he is employied by at the University losing their positions of employment. Changes is Dan's story changes dramatically within a very short period of time.

Dr. Larry Schmidt explained he would be interested in preforming the colon exam at no charge. The Haven of Mercy Ministries whose shelter had mostly empty beds however declined an extension for the medical examination in early August, 2004. Director Bill Ingram is apparently a well known homosexual who likes to share sexually explicit jokes in his office with guest:

1. This is an expensive months long move to Winston Salem,NC to have internal medical work done by Dr. Larry Schmidt for free.

2. The move was assisted by Mr. Alan Hartman and Dan Messmer and others.

3. It is believed that Mr. Hartman was instrumental in gathering information so that other persons could contact Haven of Mercy Ministries Inc in Johnson City, Tennessee to deny me services to prevent the medical work from taking place.

Director Bill Ingram of Haven of Mercy Ministries explained his Board of Directors specifically asked to have Chris Walters denied services for a brief period of time Dr. Larry Schmidt would require to do the medical work in question on 6/15/2005 The animus of this conspiracy of the actions of the principals is to cause the death of serious body injury to Chris Walters in violation Title 18 USC 242Deprivation of rights under color of law.

Dan appears to acting under duress both from real or imagined pressure from his employier and also former US Senator Jesse Helms to whom he is indebted for his help in getting medical assistance for his girlfriend. As of 2005 retired Senator Jesse Helms is trying to mandate who will be the next governor of North Carolina.

The Community was able to make a referral to Winston Salem,NC based on written request of a Dan Messmer to do computer training. St. Vincent De Paul provided bus ticket $99.00. The amount & value of the computer training provided by Dan Messmer was trivial and was never a serious effort at computer or skill training over a 3 year period. The animus of this interstate fraud requested by North Carolina Bureau of Investigations was non existant computer training which as of 3 years has not occured.

This is a cheerful time in Dan's life because he has just been told he might get put on permanent status at the University at the request of the Dean.

It is Janurary 2006 and Reverend Alan Hartman is explaining that God was unhappy with something he did and his biggest sponsor for Texas Arms of Love quit and he was going to have to do the unthinkable and get a job. Just when bad news gets worse Alan went on to explain that someone had burned down Pastor Boyd Bien's House with his family in an apparent attempt to kill him and his entire family. It sounds like God was very unhappy over something the church did.

Given the public knowledge of extensive drug trafficking and gang activities throughout homeless shelters in Charlotte; Winston Salem,and Highpoint NC and throughout the 12th Congressional District might pause to wonder why if the Honorable US Congressman Melvin Watt is somehow lacking in leadership:

2. Holy War on Home Front reviews some of the problems associated with prison based gangs taking over charities. Questions like this occur in the public mind because of we often associate previous events such as Washington black Mayor Marion Barry as being heavily involved in drug use and trafficking.

3. May 9th, 2005 we had a stabbing on the property of the Samaritan Ministries and the area around and East Northwest Blvd & North Patterson is heavily involved in muggings.... with similar problems being reports at Bethesda Shelter and the shelter in High Point

4. We have regular feedback that 2 former employees of Bethesda a Mr. White and "Jazz" have been sentenced to extensive time in prison for drug trafficking

5. In the interest of fairness we might ask if these communities are using HUD Exhibitplans such as this model which weed out professional problem clients.

6. Possibly the solution to this problem might lie in awareness of the problem and federal leadership in the US Department of HUD.

7. September, 2008 Local sources report the former Director Mr. Powell was discharges for alleged unlawful activities.

Howard Bahr a homeless man here who has been applying for Social Security and Medicare for some time was told by Downtown Health Plaza he had terminal colon cancer and 2-6 months to live. The doctors then explained the origional diagnosis made by a young intern who has been let go was wrong and Howard has IBS. Good news is that authorities don't have to provide Howard with medical or SSI benefits; the doctors have agreed to cut the cancerous tumors off Howard's head; do a colon exam; and Howard has donated his body to the University so there will be nasty lingering questions about malpratice.

The gangster in across the table from me at the Samaritan Inn at lunch is calmly discussing capping my furry old behind. Although the law enforcement community here has an extensive history of ignoring drug and substance abuse in and around homeless shelters however appears to have moved against open substance abuse off N Patterson recently. 2 former employess of the Bethesda Center a Mr. White (aka Reverend White) and Jazz are reported to be doing extensive prison time for drug trafficking activities....

Preckerwood Press International A previously unheard of interfaith agreement today resulted in an international event where various triad residents were moved to Saudi Arabia to face Islamic justice for various alleged crimes allegedly committed in the Triad. The 40 some odd former Triad residents deplaned in Rhiyad capitol of Saudi Arabia where they were led by the Bishop JC Hash of St. Peters World Outreach Center here in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The group was met by a congregation of Islamic congregation led by a rather stern looking Islamic Cleric Ali Akchop carrying a 5 foot long sword.

Bishop JC Hash explained to the Islamic Clerk Ali Akchop that the Brothers of Islam were known as professional slackers who hung around his churches ministy known as Bethesda Ministries in the 900 Block of NE Patterson because they were too lazy to work for a living. The Islamic brothers have been also accused of drinking; womanizing; and using and trafficking narcotics; using pornography; participating in random stabbings and killings and prehaps worst of all of giving Allah a bad name. Islamic Clerk Ali Akchop lead the men away to waiting transp after holding the Sword befoe the accused and saying "Allah Inshalla". Allah Inshalla means Islamic Justice is terrible, swift, and sure which we as infidels were not permitted to witness and certainly can't report in this nice family publication.

One government source who wished not to be cited explained officals were elated to not have to support these young men in prison at a costs of up to $30,000 a year with little or no real hope of rehabilitation. These men would have had little or no respect for our system of justce but those who survive Islamic Justice will continue on as useful members of society even if they are missing a few body parts. Those who survive Islamic instruction will no doubt learn that Islam is not a religion of slackers; dopers; drinkers; prostitution; and you definitely don't want to make Allah look like a chump. Islamic officals explained they deeply appreciated being able to resolve problems in their faith internally and asked that the next batch of accused scheduled to be taken to Saudi Arabia include the "Christian Dogs" who were in the habit of operating "Christian Ministries" without christians thereby causing the brothers to stumble.

Another resource you may find useful is www.myflorida.com, they try to keep those listings current also. From looking at your website, I am having difficulty understanding your intention. It appears that you would like to implement some sort of Auxiliary Communications System in Florida but the details, how it would work, who would be involved , etc., are not clear to me. It also appears that you may be attempting to reinvent the wheel, the information mentioned as being on your website is available in any number of places on the web and through numerous organizations both in Florida and nationwide, including the two URL's listed above.

If you have a completed disk of the Florida listings, I would be interested in seeing it. There are proven needs for additional communications resources, pathways and assets, especially after the 2004 Hurricane Season, but your web site does not indicate to me that your disk or system can provide that information.

You also need to be aware that your web site has numerous broken links and some of the email addresses in it for you are not valid. ( "SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table").

1. The Winston Net and others apparently donated an extensive computer lab including brand new tower computers for the less fortunate in 2003 to assist resume and job search activities.

2. Shortly thereafter the Kenny Koontz of the Board of Director began stripping the 486 and higher level computer inners and replacing the machines with older 386 models.

3. It is believed Mr. Kenny Koontz sold the tower computers c drives and parts to 3rd parties for profit.

4. The various homeless clients found the computer lab less than useful for resumes or training and focused on online pussy hunts and filled the computers with virus and spyware including dating services and Black Planet Dot.com.

5. By 2005 the expensive computer lab and network is fairly well trashed and has only a few operational computers.

1. An apparent network error permitted various persons in the building to view this Client Angelfire Account from various stations throughout the building. The Library Patron who was working on 2 at the time reports he viewed various other persons Angelfire accounts from other stations. Reported as network problem to Forsyth County Network Administrator Harweda Coe.

2. 3 computers Business Science section are out of order and one has to be removed to County MIS Department because "mother board fried"

3. One of the computer teaching volunteers is in the habit of giving away the CLC computer password to his students

4. Periodicals Librarian Billy King (basement) is often working in the 2nd floor reference librarian area. Why come upstairs to use a computer?

5. CLC phone jack #3071 no longer works on the phone.

6. We have occasional alerts from new computers that files have or operating java script or popups however no such script is visible on page and have noted security scans of file showing extra data on some files?

7. Question Should unaccompanied children by in CLC? We have patrons viewing pornography and 1 guy looking at websites with graphic pictures of dead people and was told I can't deny children access to CLC.

1. Recent television specials have outlined the use of computers to harvest information from your home while a criminal is simply driving past your home.

2. The presence of laptop computers is a special risk in a library environment because it could theoritically be used to hack Library computer systems.

3. We have 5 or 6 persons bringing in laptop computers to work in the 2nd floor business area when the library has many computers. Why bring your computer into the library which has zillions?

4. June 5-7, 2005 we have several persons using a laptop near the 2nd floor bathroom and while passing by the bathroom it is possible to see the screen. The laptops are not accessing word process or internet but appear to be engaged in some unknown operation where masses of numbers are flashing on the screen. I'm not familiar with the type of software is being used.

5. It is interesting to note that these particular groups of persons are not simply using a laptop computer but are always facing toward the Science and Business Desk which looks like they might be trying to keep track of what the librarian is doing.

6. WFI network in the library building laptops means that a computer which is harvesting information off the network can now operate in the building.

6-7-2005 WXII Channel 12 morning news indicates they are requesting an investigation of computer hacking by County MIS Department involving destruction of county real estate records. If a problem exist in the County MIS Department of Winstonnet the Library Staff can't address the issue.

The Library Computer tech Harweda Coe has volunteered information that anything deleted on the desktop goes directly to the County MIS and law enforcement groups. Since I frequently copy disc and dump in the desktop recycle bin it affords local interest a chance to make sure they are where they want to be.

1. Harweda Coe has also volunteered information that she has administrative monitoring stations on each floor of the library to monitor each separate network.

1. I have been a CLC computer volunteer for about 2 months and provided maybe 15 hours a week of free labor worth $6,00 an hour or totally 120 free hours with a rough value of $800.00

2. Librarian Elizabeth Skinner has generated an extremely nice thank you letter to the Samaritan Ministries for my volunteer work-Thanks

3. It appears a party unknown got into the peer to peer network and deleted 1,000 files from my USB disc on 6-20-2005 while I was doing volunteer work in the CLC Lab.

4. The 1,000+ files mostly on homeland security research were missing the next day. It appears the responsible party was unaware I made 6 copies of my work on CD-Rom here in the library-which they can't get too.

5. I also found a bad folder which the computer will not let me remove which damaged my brand new $70.00 scan disc.

6. Harweda Coe Explained Network Mechanics that the current mechanics of the library network means she has monitoring stations on each floor and has to move from floor to floor to see what is going on.

8. I haven't seen Librarian Billy King using the 2nd floor computer network for a while too stalk patrons for his sexual advances-so I guess we could call this episode payback? This guy is giving the word "Gay" a bad meaning

9. The 2nd floor Reference Manager Kathleen who asked me to volunteer explained on 6-22-2005 that my presence behind the reference desk and access to the coffee pot were no longer appropriate.

10. The 2nd floor Reference Librarian Charles is explaining 6-24-2005 that Kathleen would look with disapproval at my being given additional extra time on my Library card in the 2nd floor department as has been done in the past.

11. Now why would a group of otherwise nice folks do something to another person like this beyound the fact that most of the people in this geographic region appear clinically psychotic?

1. The 2nd floor Librarian Kathleen explains she does not like to drink water from the fountain because it is dirty and Charles won't generally use water for coffee unless it comes from 3rd floor coolers.

2. We have a bunch of the homeless clients down at Samaritan Ministries soup kitchen who act like they are psychotic and it isn't even the 1st of the month when they can buy their dope. Yep stay away from the water.

3. As chance and circumstance would have it there appears to be 2 breaks in the water line above the Samaritan Ministries in the 11 block of N Patterson. The water crews have painted the breaks for repair.

This newspaper article review my work as a library volunteer here at the Forsyth County Public Library in 2006

1. The Tax preparation service is in the CLC between Feburary and May, 2006 and doing tax preparation.

2. At the end of each session the Tax preparation manager takes what he describes as a 30 gigabyte storage device and proceeds to download the entire C Drive of each computer on his storage device.

3. Downloading the C Drive of every computer in the lab probally defeats network security

4. Even if the person has no malicious intent his actions can import malware of virus into the network or CLC lab and in fact we discovered a virus on the CLC monitor station.

5. The virus was a trojan known as veribytes.

1. I am a volunteer at the Forsyth County Public Library in 2006 and the Library has arranged a very nice article in the local newspaper on my volunteer work(gee thanks). We are examining a number of problems occuring in June, 2006 which appear to involve malware or spyware on network computers:

2. Disc Auditing shows variations in file transfere paramaters

3. Disc Auditing I have found a subdirectory of my HUD file deleted from the USB disc on several occassions (replacing it was no problem).

4. Disc Auditing The ssi file in the folder ssi/access/index.html has been defaced and replaced about 4 times

5. Disc Auditing Several other files and folder hud/convict have been deleted and replaced which appears to suggest selective hacking.

6. The 2nd and 3rd week of May,2006 we have the staff apparently switching the SAMM network control on and off on a regular basis cutting my computer time work sessions on and off on the network machines-which resulted in my resigning temporarily as a library volunteer.

7. Disc Auditing The USB drive I use has a directory on it which I cannot delete which I could surmise contains some type of spyware or malacious software which is not affected by virus scans.

8. Haraweda Coe and the County folks have modified the computers in the library to prevent patrons from formating their own computer discs as I discovered when trying to format my USB drive to remove the spyware or malacious software or bad sector.

9. Doing email transmission test I find that an email sent to my own email account from itself can take up to 20 minutes to arrive

10. The websites http://www.angelfire.com/dc2/107thcongress and http://www.angelfire.com/nc3/ssireform have large boot locks installed on them. When persons visit the webstites the boot lock captures the screen and locks the computer. Bootlocks are of course illegal and it is very doubtful that the Angelfire website installed them on their network.
