Several years after Dr. Hickson prescribed Lassix or Water Pills it became apparent why I had severe fatigue; increasing colon problems; .... It would appear that Potassium is an important suppliment for persons such as myself with cardiac problems. I later was given to understand that Doctor Hickson's mistake created a chemically induced Congestive Heart Failure.

I treated Chris Walters for 5 years from 2000-2005 for chronic stalph infections and helped develop a standard treatment of Keflex. I saw and treated Chris on 4-25-02; April, 2002; 3/19/04;April 15,2004; May 13,2004; 4/7/05 and 4/21/05 and established a Keflex treatment.

Unfortunately I didn't know that Keflex is not an appropriate treatment for patients such as Chris was a long history of colon problems. The medication encourges too much Clostridium difficile, which can in turn cause Necrotizing colitis; pseudomembranous colitis;interstitial nephritis... Chris developed some of the classic side effects of ulcerative colotis including chronic diarrhea fatigue, rectal itching, inflammation of the stomach, swelling due to fluid retention,....

Howard Bahr a homeless man here who has been applying for Social Security and Medicare for some time was told by Downtown Health Plaza he had terminal colon cancer and 2-6 months to live. The doctors then explained the origional diagnosis made by a young intern who has been let go was wrong and Howard has IBS. Good news is that authorities don't have to provide Howard with medical or SSI benefits; the doctors have agreed to cut the cancerous tumors off Howard's head; do a colon exam; and Howard has donated his body to the University so there will be nasty lingering questions about malpratice.

It is embarassing to admit I can't remember who purchased the ticket from Winston Salem, NC to San Antonio, TX but the purpose of the trip was to try and get medical work done in Texas which was not being accomplished in NC. It is possible the bus ticket was purchased by Centenuary United Methodist Church

The family of legal actions styled Walters V Social Security...have been closed for 20 years from futher adjudication. The Commissioners Final Determination of 2007 was an out of court settlement which cannot be appealed, modified. or amended The several US Circuit Courts of Appeals and US Supreme Court have declined to permit the matter to be brought up for additional review.

Title 18 USC 1512 Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant (b) Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct toward another person, with intent to— (1) influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding; (2) cause or induce any person to— (A) withhold testimony, or withhold a record, document, or other object, from an official proceeding; (B) alter, destroy, mutilate, or conceal an object with intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; (C) evade legal process summoning that person to appear as a witness, or to produce a record, document, or other object, in an official proceeding; or (D) be absent from an official proceeding to which such person has been summoned by legal process; or shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

7. Deprivation of rights under color of law Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
