The nearest homeless shelter which might provide accomodations is in Asheville, NC about 200 miles away. Every bum in the country is packed into homeless shelters.

PS The proof of reidence from social security is attached however the email for Petersburg Social Services is not working. I don't receive SSI I received SSA retirment and SSDI.. The doctors here in Petersburg explained they did not preauthorize Xarelto because they would rather generate a $30,000 hospital bill for blood clots
