I wanted to thank your staff for contacting me and explaining my SSI disability payments were discontinued and for updating related information to disability and living circumstances and making a payment of $534.00. Your finding provides me 10 days to update and recommend corrections. The United States District Court has previously provided a means to provide the information pursuant to Title 42 USC 405(g)(H) Judicial Review and cite a much larger body of information to update your records.

1. Exhibit A: The US Attorney had delivered an executive ORDER or FIAT concerning my Social Security claim in USDC, WDT in 1997 limiting my legal or technical communciations with your agency at the limited times and places as required by Title 42 USC 423 Disability determinations.

2. A notice of possible sick building was filed with Arizona Dept of Health due to large number of persons at the shelter who are sick

3. When I went to hospital here in Santa maria the doctor put me in respite care.

Dr. Sharon Humg of Banner Medical Center called and explained she was reviewing my recent cat scan at hospital and wanted to know how a patient on Xarelto could have blood clots in lungs. I had some flea bites on the left hand and in theory could have come down with Hemmoragic Fever and Bubonic Plague which are flea transmitted diseases found in the SW US. Or the problem could have been Valley Fever....

Waiver of Privacy Rights

Given the amount of money it is costing your department to treat a large number of homeless at Prima Vera Foundation for a chronic illness and the public health concern I have waived privacy rights concerning the CSCAN done at University Banner ER earlier this year and Arizona can use it to compare it to other client records to see if you can what everyone has and resolve the problem.

Strange I thought medical professionals were supposed to be healers who resolved medical problems instead of dragging them out for years and years to increase profits 10 Doctors 5 years to do minor surgery for cancer in office. 45 Doctors took 15 years to do colon exam. 160 Doctors treated chronic blood clots and 4-5 hospitalizations a year at $400,000 until 1 doctor prescribed Xarelto-a pill a day..131 Doctors Treat Chronic Infection 1 doctor solves problem with hospital visit. Primary Care Physicians prescribe assisted living as needed for hip replacement...., how many years will pass before this occurs

You are looking at part of Exhibit C a United States source document submitted as Evidence and Testimony to the several committees of the United States Congress since 1986. The survey data is occassionally used for creation of federal statutes; considering possible improvements in operation of federal programs; and study of operational field impediments. Because of the Separation of Powers found in US Constitution and various Rules of Congress it not possible to serve summons, subponeas; or other court process on Capitol Hill and persons attempting to can be detained and arrested by Capitol Police or otherwise sanctioned.
