The Blue Ridge Community Church spent $1 Million opening a new wing for homeless winter shelter...and after trying to run a shelter without rules which has had to shut down operations. For a supposed Model Christian Community this place thrives on doing evil to the less fortunate; the disabled and strangers with no provocation. Given the extraordinary circumstances of outside tampering and loss of major capitol investment it is hard to believe the community did not demand a rematch which could have occured in May, 2015-Oh Well

The Salvation Army Center of Hope is a model facility which appears to be trying to improve on what already excellent and maybe converting their facility into an unlicensed penal facility. Some of the new policies would can only be perfomred by a law enforcement officer with a court ORDER.

One particular clause of the contract is that any information acquired by the Salvation Army including credit checks; background checks or anything else will be shared with everone in Virginia or at least in this County under a regional information sharing process. 1. As soon as Social Security can get my address changes I can get the verification letter get to Social Services and get signed up and try to get a doctor who wants to fix what I broke and is not interested in defraud Medicaid again.
