As you can see from the Courts have prohibited 3rd party jonders, interpleaders, or other deviations from the what the court has authorized and what was pleaded in USDC…. The Presiding Judge explained any changes in the SSI case have to be reviewed and approved by USDC, Judge pursuant to Title 42 USC 405(g)(h). It also appears that:

The Social Security Administration lowered my payments by $233.00 a month which the Court has declined to act on and a person of reasonable and common intelligence might surmise that Social Security floated this trial balloon to see if they can cut benefits off completely in a month or two. Terry Reilley Clinic has explained they cannot fill my prescriptions which costs $500.00 a month and are pretty sure it would also not be filled by Idaho (too expensive).
