1. Was in my room at 3AM with his hand on my foot and explaining he could remove and strip veins in my leg if he had some pain killer.

2. Slapped a nurse in the face removing him from my room; has thrown objects into the room and apparently got a minor injury on his right leg while climbing over my table yesterday.

California self-defense laws provide that you can't be found guilty of a violent crime that you committed in order to protect yourself, as long as your conduct was reasonable under the circumstances. For purposes of the self-defense legal defense, “reasonable under the circumstances” means that you need to have:

The US Supreme Court and 5 US Circuit Court of Appeals assert nonexistant rights of the Social Security Administations defending it's jurisdictional rights and hearing pursuant to Title 42 USC 405(g)(H) Judicial Review and Title 42 USC 423(d(5)b) Disability Determinations and seizure of SSI benefits by nursing homes:

1. The 9 Old Fools on the US Supreme Court apparently empowered patient rights in Thersea Schiavo-Schindler, et al. v. Michael Schiavo, et al. protects the rights of patients to choose their medical treatment over the objection of medical or government officials as the operation of fact and law which lead to creation of a host of state and federal statutes to protect patient rights:

a. Patient Rights To Be fully informed by a physician of his or her total health status and to be afforded the opportunity to participate on an immediate and ongoing basis in the total plan of care. (42CFR §483.10(c))

b. Be fully informed in advance about care and treatment and of any changes in care or treatment that may affect the resident. (42 CFR §483.10(c)(2),(4))

c Participate in planning care and treatment or changes in care or treatment unless adjudged incompetent or otherwise found to be incapacitated under State law. (42 C.F.R. §483.10(d)(3), 42 CFR §483.10(c))

d. To receive all information that is material to his or her decision concerning whether to accept or refuse any proposed treatment or procedure. (42 CFR §483.10(c)(5)(6)

2 The medical profession or industry has demonstrated time and time again that it is the sovereign authority in the course of killing several million persons largely without prosection, fine, penalty or sanctions-as former US Attorney General William Bar states because local prosecutor refuse to enforce the law.

It appears Mr. Walters medical records he has 500 some odd doctors attempting to treat a variety of life threatening problems:

1. 57 hospitalizations for blood clots with instructions to remain off feet 4-6 hours a day has been canceled by asking him to move into a homeless shelter where no treatment option exist.

2. The patient has collapsed left hip and spinal stenosis and will suffer a lot more by being denied long term care where he currently lives and spend all day on his feet or sitting on a bench in the park.

3. The patient has a stage 2 or 3 kidney cancer which medical authorities have successfully blocked medical treatment for 4 years. His need for frequent access to bathroom facilities has been moved to bush in park.

4. Between cardiac condition and a host of other problems Mr. Walters can be some one elses problem.

While we are a nursing home our primary focus is post operative recovery because we get paid more. We do have a few long term care patients but obviously want to serve patients who require more services. After Mr. Walters moved in it quickly became apparently he had too many serious physical injuries to participate in our physical therapy activities and is therfore worth less entitled to appropriate medical treatment. During a brief meeting with Mr. Walters on 4/22/2023 I advised the patient to get ready to leave shortly.

If the US Supreme Court and inferior Courts have seen the error of it's way and are ready to admit there is no reason for the Court system assert non enforceable jurisdiction it is possible we can simply close the federal Courts entirely. The medical industry can probally use the office space and cut down on $700 million dollars a year donations to Congress in 2021 so we can remain above the law.

I have appended a 4 month auditing report/ quarterly report for Congress which currently show the medical staff is moving rapidly into kidney surgery. When this occurs I will require rehab and because of change in temperature my arthritis will no longer limit my walking.

PS It was nice to speak to your staff when they were here last week

Mr. Ray DelaTorres is a mexican national in residence who routinely punishes, slaps, bites,and other wise abuses CNA and nurses and attacks other residence with his walking stick. Most nursing homes have a separate unit reserved for the special needs of Geriatric Patients.

Primary Care Physician:

1. Replaces Lassix with Torsemide 20 mg a day

2. Rhocephin for chronic infections

3. Need referral for cancer surgery

With a 4 year kidney cancer I can't afford to wait around forever for treatment.

The current Governor Garin Newsom appears to be a practicing career criminal whose leadership has turned California into a 3rd world country catering to those who seeek to be homeless by choice; free benefits for illegal migrants; early release for 18,000 convicted felons; extreme appliation of minority groups civil rights for instance LGBQ protection for children . The rape of the California unemployment benefits reportedly have resulted in theft of $20 Billion by criminal elements. The idea that the law is evil and the police should defunded leads to anarchy is ok is apparently a theme enpowered by some of the prosecutors state wide refusing to enforce laws. The migration of industry and wealth persons have created housing crisis in Missoula Montana as Montana is Californicated.

Many Doctors from India & Punjabi only have 2 years formal medical education before beginning practice in the United States and many need great deal of additional training. My 500 medical providers took 5 years for 10 doctors to remove melanoma; another 180 doctors to discover Xeralto to address blood clots; 150 doses of antibiotic to treat chronic infections; 50 doctors to decline my collapsed left hip cannot be replaced; and more recently a host of doctors; medical providers; and hospitals were unable to remove a reported renal cancer. A doctor in Texas stating he could take it out in 2 hours day surgery and send the patient home. Although the Advanced Medical Directive reviews what medical treatment is required many of my doctors routinely make changes in medications; order unneeded medical test; and make patient calls simply to defraud the Medicare or Medicaid Programs.

No injunctive or other civil relief against the conduct made criminal by this section shall be denied on the ground that such conduct is a crime
