Specification #1 The Death Of
Walters B Memorial Day 1991
Walter B. was an 82 year old WWII veterans who was traveling from the VA Center at Prescott, AZ to Nogazles on Memorial Day in 1991 to purchase cheap heart medication across the border. Walter arrived in Casa Grande, AZ late on Memorial Day and asked for shelter at the Cross Roads Rescue Mission and was refused shelter because he arrived after 5PM. Although the Police Department made a special request for shelter for this 82 year old Veteran on Memorial Day for shelter, they were refused. Given the benefits of a warm bed, hot meal, the knowledge of a safe place to sleep, and possible assistance if medical emergency occured at the Rescue Mission; Walter might have lived. Having been denied access to the Rescue Mission, Walter B slept our in a vacant lot. Sometime during the night he had heart problems and was found dead in a ditch in front of McDonalds on main street Casa Grande. The First Baptist Church notified his relatives in Chicago and it cost a lot more to ship his body home for burial than if someone had given Walter an overnight motel room.

Walter B's death was brought about because of the nonprofit declined a reasonable accomodation which are provided for under International Law Article 12 The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health... d) The creation of conditions which would assure to all medical service and medical attention in the event of sickness." and Article 12 Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence.

5 Year Delay in Surgery for Cancer-Specification #3
This link reviews why it took 10 Doctors took 5 years to do 10 minute surgery for cancer. The principals who stand to profit from this situation are of course the nonprofit agenices and medical authorities who are paid to re-prescribe the medical work which of course is easily treated. This link concerns 45 doctors and social service agencies who are prescribing a simple colon exam but always come through with a winning excuse not to do the work. As we study the following section we can see the work has to be represcribed and the beneficiaries of this fraud is the medical profession and $250 billion a year nonprofit industry.

1. Dr. Johnson of Cooper Green Hospital of Birmingham, Al called over a 5 state area in 1997 explaining he was the physician of a person he had never met and asking social service agencies funded by US Department of HUD and FEMA to deny his victim assistance to get surgery for cancer.

2. The basis of this request was apparently that the Salvation Army Shelter in Birmingham, Alabama was unable to get some free labor from a disabled person and turn a little profit.

3. Is it harder to believe anyone would call a church asking to have somebody denied treatment for cancer or that the church would willing assist their efforts:

Leads To Passage of US Freedom Act of 2015
In 2015; US Senator Patrick Leahy the Dean of the US Senate and Congressman James Sensebrenner of House Committee on Judiciary cosponsored the USA Freedom Act of 2015. The US Congress passed the USA Freedom Act to curb abuses of US Patriot Act based on idea that most citizens didn't need the permission of government to speak; communicate or forfeit their rights to privacy without due process of law. The widespread abuses included the CIA breaking into computers of US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence; gathering of metadata from all sources which is only useful for blackmail and extortion; and sustained electronic warfare attacks against United Kingdom a sovereign country where the internet service provider is located.

The United Kingdom is not subject to the laws of the United States and persons, groups, and organizations facilitating terrorist or electronic warfare attacks are legitimate military targets. The materials on this website are submitted as "Evidence and Testimony" before the US Congressional Committees and no members of the Courts or Executive Branch of Government can server legal process on Capitol HIll . Provisons of US Patriot Act for warrantless searches was declared unconstitutional in USDC,DC by Judge Richard Leon in Klayman v Obama As the Obama Administration continues to challenge the Separation of Powers clause of the Constitution it will be interesting to see how many officials get removed or have to resign from public office for abuse of power. The Watergate Hearings rebuked the doctrine that government officials are above the law and blessed 40 government employees with 200 years in prison for violation of

Medical Failure Equal Profit for Hospitals and Doctors
Strange I thought medical professionals were supposed to be healers who resolved medical problems instead of dragging them out for years and years to increase profits 10 Doctors 5 years to do minor surgery for cancer in office. 45 Doctors took 15 years to do colon exam. 160 Doctors treated chronic blood clots and 4-5 hospitalizations a year at $400,000 until 1 doctor prescribed Xarelto-a pill a day..131 Doctors Treat Chronic Infection 1 doctor solves problem with hospital visit. Primary Care Physicians prescribe assisted living as needed for hip replacement...., how many years will pass before this occurs

Congressional Work Ethic Can
Result In Your Being Volunteered or Drafted

It seems that many Chairman of Congress believe in the concept of work ethic and if they find you on Capitol Hill or too close to something they are working on will actually have someone volunteered or simply drafted. I-5 Cooridor Agreement origionally on covered portions of California, Oregon, and Washington but was rapidly expanded by the national leadership to include a third of the United States. Congressman Henry B Gonzalez caught me on Capitol Hill about 1988 circulating one of my publications and had me introduced to the HUD Inspector General.. This assignment lasted until about 1993 when the Clinton Administration came into power and replaced me with 2 convicted persons who according to press reports were paid $80,000 a year plus expenses..
